18th JULY RERUN UPDATE

Its Diwali and everyone are preparing for a puja at Gulmohur. Jassi is working on the sales figures when everyone tells her to attend the puja. The puja starts and the Suris and seths join in too. They came in pairs and did aarti, then came jassi and after doing aarti, she touched Puru's feet. Then she apologized for her deed, but puru says that he never gets a chance to give blessings and after a long time he got a chance to bless her. The GM gang is after Manchanda for their diwali bonus but Manchanda says that they would need to adjust, as company wasn't in a good state. Armaan is giving diwali gifts to everyone and he hands a gift to jassi too and orders her to go home and enjoy as she could finish the pending works later. Armaan's car drops jassi at her place. Everyone is shocked too see a big car approaching there gate and they were even more mystified to see jassi coming out of the car. She in forms that armaan had sent her home in his car to celebrate diwali. Billu is happy, he gives a tip to the driver but he doesn't take it, he says that he would leave only when jassi madam will allow him. Then jassi tells him to leave and she distributes some sweets and crackers between the local children.

The walia house is very comely decorated with lights, flowers and candles. There is the noise of firecrackers every where. At the Suri house a party is going on. A lot of people are gathered and they were gambling. Puru and Ila talk to Armaan and mallika separately. They try to explain them that they should be serious about their relationship and should understand each other's point of view in that way their contentions would alter into love. Armaan and mallika is all alone at a romantic corner and a lovely music is being played in the background. They talk about their childhood days and some teacher whose daughter had a crush on armaan. Then they both burst out laughing and hug each other, then together they light a candle and stare into each other's eyes.

jassi is having great fun with the local kids. Whereas Billu and nandu is still fearful to give fire to the cracker. They both push each other to light it. nandu says that he is panic stricken as Billu was a brave man so he should light it. Billu says that he knew that he was a courageous man but he wanted to make nandu brave too so nandu should go first. While they both argue jassi comes and lights the cracker and both billu and nandu run away. Everyone starts laughing to their hearts content. Armaan and mallika feed cakes to each other and then she asks for her gift. Armaan tells her to close her eyes and he tries to kiss her but mallika interrupts, at last armaan says that her gift was lying on the table and mallika runs to open her gift. When everyone saw the gift in jassi's hand they tell her to open it very eager to know what was inside. jassi prays to babaji that the gift should be a nice one or else armaan's sirs reputation will be spoiled.

Mallika starts agitation after she unwrapped her gift and armaan runs to her. To his surprise he sees a mixer in her hands, quickly he explains that he chose a mixer because after they would get married, mallika would be working in her kitchen with the mixer and she would look so good and mallika was impressed. She says that the mixer was really cute. Just then raj calls and armaan informs him that the gifts were exchange and that the necklace went to jassi. Raj starts laughing on armaan's intelligence and he puts the phone down. Everyone at the walia house is astonished to see the high-priced necklace in jassi's hands. Jassi is unable to believe her eyes. Billu tells them that as the Suri's have sent them such a exquisite present so he would also take a gift for them. He brings a whisky bottle and wraps it up nicely and tells jassi to go with him to the suri house. Jassi is confused but nandu says that at least they should call and inquire if they were at home or not as rich people normally celebrate diwali outside. Jassi and nandu pretends to talk to armaan, when Billu insists to talk himself, she says that due to network failure armaan's cell was disconnected and he said that he wasn't at home.

Billu asks her to call him again poor jassi had to call armaan for real but thankfully his phone was switched off. Billu drags jassi and nandu to Armaan's house. The guard doesn't allow them in. Billu was very cunning he some how tricked the guard making him believe that he was his uncle from the same village as him and he was talking with his so rudely. The guard apologized for his harsh behavior and led them in. They start to look for armaan. jassi says that she would go inside and in the meantime she tells nandu to look after billu. Billu starts drinking and both jassi and nandu is frightened. Armaan tells mallika that he would take her for a romantic dinner just then he sees jassi hiding behind a sofa. Billu is completely drunk just then he sees puru and mistakes him to be armaan. He goes to him, hands him the gift and thanks him for everything his company did for his family. Puru is unable to recognize Billu.

Billu continues with his jabbering and after he was done with his thank yous nandu drags him to the car saying that jassi will be joining them. Armaan comes to jassi and he asks her if he was dreaming of her or not to which jassi replied that she had come to his house to return the gift, which came to her by mistake. Armaan is doubtful, he asks as to why she thought that to which jassi replied that she knew herself and she could figure it out that such expensive gifts weren't made for her. By saying this she leaves but armaan calls her from behind and wishes her HAPPY DIWALI. Jassi gets thrilled and she wishes Armaan back twice and starts grinning and blushing and she says that this diwali was really special for her.
