Honestly, what do you think? Will Satyamev Jayate sustain beyond the initial hype and curiosity of first 2-3 weeks?

Given the cynicism and constant negative campaign from a certain section of media, and very serious tone of the show, you think it will get attention and sizeable viewership throughout the 13 weeks it is supposed to air?

Will you watch all 13 episodes of Satyamev Jayate? From personal experience and observations online and in real life, do you think others will also watch it?

Also, what more could team of Satyamev Jayae have done (or could do) to make this show really different and keep audience interested - in your opinion?

Or will the positive reactions overcome negativity every time as they did when the first episode showed on TV?

If you ask me, I think Satyamev Jayate will probably see a dip in 3rd or 4th week by the time people become more familiar with what it is all about and initial curiosity/suspense begins to subside.

Team of SMJ has been keeping their cards close to their chest and not revealed anything before the show went on air. And still they are only gradually revealing what other different efforts they are making. But they can't keep everything in total wraps throughout 13 weeks! So I guess audience could either get more interested or lose interest depending on how interesting or different they find in new info revealed about the show.

In real life, I think people will definitely watch its next episode with interest - those who have liked will lap it up, those who still doubt it will probably watch to observe further.

One thing I really feel they should have done was to shoot at real locations in India! Studio format is everywhere and merely documentaries or live chats are not enough. If Aamir could be seen at real locations in the promotional video, then why not talk to people at real locations too? I am hoping the next episodes have some portions of Aamir present in person to talk to people in varied villages/cities of India.

Otherwise no amount of marketing, publicity, TV/radio interviews can prevent people from losing interest if it is just about talking in studios. 😲

Finally, they should also massively highlight IMPACT of each episode - donations raised, show videos of public responses, show news about action taken by people in different parts of country due to SMJ. This will really keep people interested and make them feel as audience they are indeed being part of some change happening unlike other talk shows.

**Judging frm the response i think it will easily sustain itself for 13 weeks. SMJ fans will watch it coz they wud like to do their bit for the cause, even if all they ever do is send one sms. Cynics wudn't miss a single episode just coz they will be looking for loopholes, so that they cud blow them out of proportion and cud bash Aamir left right and centre**

**I will but i don't think that will help with the TRP's coz i watch it onlineAs far as others r concerned i guess yeah, i told abt it to one of my friends and at first he too was quiet cynical abt it.He too started bashing Aamir and Star Plus and started telling me about the shows that r already on-air but 5 minutes into the show and his opinion was completely changed.Knowing him i can safely say that he will definitely follow the show to its conclusion**

**I can't think of anything ATM**

**Only time will answer this question. Yesterday, i read an article where Taslima Nasreen was bashing the show, now i have huge respect for her and her work.I have read her books and i know she has been through lot and u wud expect such a person to be positive abt a show like SMJ but she was so negative and full of jealousy. her only accusation against the show was Aamir Khan. She was more jealous than unimpressed with the presence of Aamir in the show. She went as far as to state that her next book will have a picture of bollywood star on its cover to accelerate sales. Such criticism and negativity makes me really sad**
