in tv9 b4 touching kushi face...we can hear arnav say ...if u couldnt tell to my di...u could have come and told me...y didnt u tell me...dammit...and then he cups her face...

that means after khushi tell him the truth and he says how many min it took to make her story...she says something like trust and then i think this dialogue comes of y didnt she come and tell him that time...
