Viren is defi not a heartless...he loved his wife like crazy...how can he be heartless...he care for his kids too...jst tht he dsnt knw how to express his love twrds kids ...I have seen people like Viren in my life...I love Dr. Viren...Wht hurt me d most is no one understand his pain :(

he just lost the one who he probably ever loved..if he was heartless depsite setting conditions to abha he could easily have walked away n let karan die...he has a broken heart...

joke of the century🤣 viren is heartless, ravan, mean, etc...what else is he going to be called🤣
before saying anything people should re-think of what they are saying b/c it cracks me up! i wonder if viren was heartless then why is he crying in front of his dead wife photo, burning in the separation of his late wife, why is he so anger that he won't stop at anything till he destroys the person who has taken away his wife from him, i wonder if he is a heartless person how in the world can he be a doctor who saved his wife killer with his own heart?😕 how can he be so weak when someone takes neelu's name and he is ready to jump in the fire for her her
now i wonder what way is he heartless? anyways i so adore this heartless man, like to see more of this heartless acts of his for his wife and for his children😍
