For art's sake

It may have been an arty party, but having a nice time over brunch on Sunday at the Hilton Towers were a cross section of artists and partygoers. Okay so you didn't have to be an art critic to enjoy this brunch at the finale of The Oberoi Art Camp. But a lil' bit of interest in art could earn you good attention, as we noticed Canadian High Commissioner Gary Luton was mulling over every painting and talking to its creator.

Popular hits kept Bandana Tewari with her daughter, Raju and Esther Daswani, Meher Moos and Rashmi Uday Singh on the dance floor, while Dolly Thakore and Anil Dharkar preferred to spend the afternoon chatting to each other. Zeba Kohli made an entry with her husband and kids and Bakul Patel was also spotted at the venue. Among the guests were Vandana Kasbekar, sans husband Atul, Nisha Jamvwal, Devika Bhojwani, Rati Godrej, Janet Fines, Bijal Meswani, Malvika Sanghvi and Dr Sarayu Doshi. Making a fashionably late entry was Simone Singh with her husband in tow.
