I'm pissed off at the sacrifice thing not so much at Purvi but at Arjun. As I wrote to Jhanvi, what the heck???? Is this the same dude who drove through the rain, showed up at her house, ordered her out or he would come in, grabbed her arms and hauled her to him, and put his finger to her lips just to shut her up long enough to listen to him???? And then gives her an ultimatum???

That guy is the same dude who is sitting at a restaurant crying and bawling and letting some other female hang all over him while she looks on...just because she wants to sacrifice??? What the hell is going on here????

I can't believe it..where is that smoldering intense powerful charisma of Arjun Kirloskar??? He didn't take Purvis rejection sitting down before so why is he letting her call the shots now? The sad part is I think Ovi's character will be sacrificed for this and we will all end up hating her. From the SBS it looked like she was yelling at Purvi (probably asking her why she needed to interrupt them with the file at that moment)... She keeps it up and Arjun might snap and be unable to take it any longer...that would certainly be one way to go.

All I have to say is that he better get it together...and pronto

I totally agree...he does need to get his act together...Sacrificing drama from Purvi was expected but what is she holding over Arjun that he is going along with this drama so easily? Did she give him her KASAM or something? LOL...anyways this can't be a long term situation...if Ovi especially keeps talking rudely to Purvi, Arjun will deffo burst out sooner or later...that is IF they want to stick to his original characterization...but if they want to turn him into Manav part two and cry continuously for the next two years, phir kuch nahin keh sakte.

Isn't it enough that Archana-Manav are going to be crying over their "pavitra" prem for the next god knows how many years anyways...now AP will do the same? lol

well what can Arjun do if the one he love is forcing him to get with her sister huh?

I mean there is a little the poor guy can do, Purvi is the one forcing him to stick to her sister who does not even who the hell she is to her to being with,

let not W*F Arjun yet till we actually see what lead to him putting up/on this fake smilie for Ovi who is so blind to see that the man she claim to love so much is dying inside right infront of her and can't even see it.

god that girl is so into herself she can't see anybody else pain.

See one can't expect any sense from Ovi...and Purvi is Archana 2.0 so she will do stupid sacrifice crap...Arjun is the only one who can be expected to salvage some of this based on his characterization so far...but if he too bows before Purvi and just keeps crying all the time, toh phir kaise chalega?

i agree with everyone... i expected Arjun to be different. he is practical and he will think far and not go this sacrificing way which will not make anyone happy.

i totally expected this from Purvi. I wouldnt blame her as much as I blame Archana for sacrificing. Anyone in Purvi's place will do the same. She is doing for a mother who gave her all to raise her and she will do anything to make her or her daughter happy. Archana is doing it for Sachin and Savita which doesnt make sense. they dont deserve it at all and no one wants to see them happy and she shouldnt care either..

I guess u are right abt both girls one can't see past anything but herself while other is her mother ki beti...sacrifice queen.

that was why I was counting on Arjun to save the day which I think couldn't do due to Purvi making him swear on her (I believe) now that the enagement is over and done with I guess we have to wait till the wedding day hopefully he shall finally had enough of it and open up.

I am really disgusted with Arjun. He has become meak and coward.He gives wrong hopes to ovi that he loves her very much. What are these hugging scenes with ovi.I am really done with him now.

Purvi should find a more mature,and much more better guy than Arjun.

There was a somewhat similar track in another K-show...Pyar ka Bandhan...the Prateeksha-Shashank story...usmein bhi P made him sacrifice and he was pissed off and stuff about it but still going along with it cuz she gave him a kasam or something maybe and also she had a greedy fiance to hide behind...which Purvi doesn't as of now but I hope she doesn't get some genius idea to marry Vinay to make Arjun back off...that would just make all this even worse...that track killed the show in PKB and if Kekta uses it here, toh yahaan bhi kabaada ho jaayega.

As of now, I also don't see any reason other than Purvi giving Arjun her kasam to make him stick with the engagement and not call it off...God knows how far away the wedding is...When will Ovi find out about AP and more importantly will AP still try to pull of their sacrifice drama even after that? Knowing Kekta's tendencies, she can deffo drag this out for very long cuz tears = TRPs in the TV business.

Archana, very well said. Like I wrote on the other thread, he was a roaring lion, fearless, obstinate, headstrong, sure of himself and now he has been turned into a bleating bhakra who dances to the tune of Purvi's senseless demands of sacrifice?? Crazy. I am heartbroken at the turn of events.

I agree with everyone's views... So, the PR part 2 is going to continue with Purvi crying, but I really really really... wish and pray that Arjun steps up and claims his true love, instead of the "situational" one!
