It may be Khushi's daydream as u all says...

But another idea lights in my brain..

Arnav still has contacts with La.

She might have told him that how khushi bought plants to reunite them..

So he wish to present her with the a bangle that she lost for them.

And she seems very depressed today, doing all crazy things..& making jelebies...

So to bring her back to her normal mood Arnav may decide to present her the bangle & make her surprise...

Khushi is always crazy about such surprise things...Arnav knows that well..

So, what u guys thinks about it?

I wish!! But the last spoiler pic Khushi has a hand on her heart and she is holding the tea cup with a "just recovered from a daydream kind of expression!! So I think day dream it is!
Btw isn't it nic he is still in touch wid her..since they Hv 2 go according to storyline n make Khushi behave like Khushi they didn't show lab wanting to talk to Khushi otherwise I bet she would have asked abt her 'chamkeeli'!!!

Or maybe it's not a daydream but ASR giving her the surprise of bringing la back cause he knows they are friends

what you're saying can be true but i dont think arnav knows that khushi sold her bangle to buy the plants for him..but its a really nice prediction :)
