This song from Refugee has been my perennial favourite for Arnav. The lyrics bring out his unsaid love, his longing, his amusement of how this girl just became an inseparable part of his life! 'Khwaab jaise banta hai aur toot jaata hai' And yes, the 'khwaab' did turned into a nightmare for him when Khushi's words haunted him and jolted him out of his sleep! 'Arnav ji is the best husband in the world, he can do anything to see me smile'; these words would never let Arnav breathe peacefully till the time it becomes a living reality for both of them. And he reminisces Garima's blessings of a lifetime of happiness and togetherness for him and Khushi!!

He feels criminal not only for he did to Khushi but also to her family. But this time there was no guilt, just plain longing for making each and every thing true, to the core. Yes, he knows he can be all that and more. The pain in his eyes, the longing belonged to the Lover Arnav. What does a person need? Look closely and you'll see that everything a person does is for happiness and love, to belong. Consciously or subconsciously, LOVE is the only thing that every being longs for. Quest for power, money, material comforts everything is directed towards attaining happiness and love and making it stay! Self-love or love for others directs ALL our efforts to achieve anything in life. Arnav has EVERYTHING in life, even love, yet he still longs for it. This is what is called 'buri kismat'. He is standing in the middle of the ocean and still can't quench his thirst because the water is salty and therefore undrinkable. For Arnav, it's this MU which destroys all sweetness from his life and refrains him from delving deep into the ocean of his heart to see and live out the wonders of its depths.

The memory of mother-daughter conversation perturbs every bit of the stillness of his night. Night is the time when no matter how busy you are, you come face to face with your thoughts, what disturbed you, what made your day and what follows next. It's the time when you can hear the slightest of sounds in the environment and it's this time that true Arnav makes an appearance; a caring, loving, ever giving Arnav.

He switched the AC off when he saw Khushi shivering. That's Arnav; hard on the exterior, soft inside just like a coconut. He can inflict the worst of pain on her in wakefulness but NEVER even let the slightest of discomfort touch her when the facade of make believe situation falls off. I LOVED that he held Khushi's hands in all his awareness. Such vulnerability in his eyes! I was reminded of his Ranjha act where his longing to hold her near, to never let her go, to take her to a world where nothing matters at all, where it was only them and their eternal love in all its bounty; which showed what Khushi means to him and how he longs for her love.

He held her hand with such tenderness, something that reality doesn't allow him to when he hardens into a man whom she can't understand. His eyes were seeking an assurance from his fate to be with her forever. If he would have been a believer of God, I might have assumed him to be silently praying to the divine to give him the boon to keep her with him, to be sure that she will be with him when he gets up in the morning. There was such innocence in his eyes, such vulnerability that I felt I could just say *tathastu* meaning 'So be it' to all his thoughts that moment.

I loved Arnav's tight grip on Khushi' hands; he surely is not letting her go anywhere! 'Hum kahin bhaag nahi jayein isliye pakad ke rakha hai'. Yes dear Khushi, that precisely is his intention but not in the way you think. He is not being an authoritative figure here, just a lover who wants his beloved with him, no matter what! You can try a futile attempt to run, to shout and scream in the process, either in his hatred or in love, you are very much bound with him for life! The ONLY way you can go away from him will be when he himself will let you go!

He endured the heat all night, switched off the AC, the thing that he made so much fuss about only to ensure that you have a good night sleep! But can you EVER expect to get answers to your questions? Nope! Arnav Singh Raizada never answers the 'whys'. Push him further; he gets up, the conscious mind up and kicking, the facade ready, the love buried only to resurface when there are no witnesses, no boundations!

Khushi devi, you ruined such a beautiful moment or should I say the CVs ruined it for you and us!! I was wondering about the dual nature of Arnav yesterday, I guess the theory can be applied to you too!!! Truly, you both are made for each other in every sense- messed up in heart and minds! :P Would have love to see a little tenderness in the morning from Khushi. But then she started looking out for clues to de-code her very eccentric husband and LOL!! Dear Khushi, how on Earth do you think you can get the reason for his behaviour from office files??? Yes, unka 'khaata' i.e. account needs to be balanced but dear it's not a ledger a/c of the company that we are talking about!!!

CVs...aao ab ek jhaad khao! I really am amazed how can you guys KILL the intensity again? Let me assure you IPL is not a threat; an ardent cricket and Sachin fan like me is not keeping tabs on IPL anymore, baaki janta kya khaak dekhegi?!! Whether Payal is a ghost planning on killing Maami or Arnav on Khushi is something I don't give a damn about but you surely are killing the track! Kya sab bi-polar hain unit mein??? Kabhi kuch kabhi kuch aur!! 😡

Khushi and Maami in investigative mode!! Bubbly trying to strike off Mr.A's raani, literally! Shyam ko hi dikha dete!! What happened to the will? Is he planning a kiddish plan to kill Arnav? What is this time? Poisonous snake? Oil on the stairs to make him slip? Planting pins on his recliner? :P :P Kuch toh dikhao yaar! Aaj toh maami ka bhi character assassination???? I mean Maami?? Imagine, her antics were out of place even for her 24X7 whacked out nature!!!😛

🤣 Every dialogue from Khushi was a classic case of irony!! I so wanted to bring out the symbolic importance but my traitor brain gives up thinking about it! 😆

Raaz kundli ka...India's most wanted meets 'Kya kehte hain aapke sitare'. CVs, if you continue killing the intensity, aapke sitaare zaroor gardish mein honge!!😆

So Lavanya called or Arnav called her; Khushi thinks that he is planning on killing her to be with his 'mehbooba' as that host puts it!!! INSANE!!! Someone shoot me in the head!!!!

Precap- If you can't shoot me, atleast pinch me so that I wake up to reality! Arnav Singh Raizada smiling, trying to surprise his wife??!! Baby khud raat ko theek se soye nahi toh kya humein din mein sapne dikhaoge?? A beautiful garden awaits Khushi in GH; can I see symbolisms here? Oh yeah! Loads of them but hey...wait...my brains just slipped off for a rescue...pakdo pakdo!!! 😛
