I think maybe they edited it out

cos in the teaser video posted on india forums on the video section

has the ladder scene where they fall off

in that scene khushi asks arnav are u ok and arnav replies im fine r u ok and she replies that she's ok

this was cut off from the episode😭

it was when he was shouting at her for stealing his car parts.. maybe the actual episode did not have it, but the shouting was there!
