There are some options for the family.

They can simply refuse to accept Jagya's demands and tell him that they dont care for divorce to take place at the cost of giving in to his demands.

Hope Anandi wont interefere and ask them to give property to Jagya.

Another option is to file a case against Jagya for bigamy.

One more option is to shave his head and parade him on a donkey through the streets of Jetsar.
Poor donkey may refuse to carry a wimp like Jagya and may kick him hard.😆

Whatever mistakes Jagya may commit, the burden always falls on Anandi.
He could not keep a job and he sees an opportunity to get property by blackmailing. When I wrote about this sometime back, many said Jagya wont stoop to the level of a blackmailer. Jagya is capable of betraying even our forum readers.

True. I too said Jagya will not demand property from Singhs. Now he is not only asking for property but even blackmailing them for it. And it doesn't look like any character assasination either. I think its perfectly normal behaviour for a stupid selfish guy like Jagya. Maybe as they were showing him to be understanding nowadays i got carried away and thought he won't do this.

Now Jagat is under complete control of satan Gauri...chalo accha hua..
But he cd have demanded for his share of assets before signing the papers...he can't do anything now..as he had already blinked first...
Now BHAIRON can play the bigamy card to kickout Jagat..DS shd take active part & she shd not listen 2 Anandi now...& declare that there is no ancestral property for him to share...& next time they see him in Jaitsar they wd Hv 2 take legal action & see that he's behind the bars...
Better file some cases now,so that Anandi can take divorce on the grounds that she can't continue with a criminal...

haha the last part was really funny...but practically i liked ur 2nd option...they can actually put an allegation against him for his past actions...and this time this should rather be coming out from anandi instead...it's a high time when she should do the real samaj sewa for the sake of her own family now and raise voice against jagya and definitely NO WAY should bow down to his selfish demands...i don't think she would do so after the last conversation they had...(which i'm very glad it happened to bring anandi out of her fanatasy world)...i think now she has learnt her lesson to never support him or do any favors as he ain't worth at all...

one more thing i have in mind...just an open thought...that he might be asking for his share in the property as an assumption that singhs might refuse for it...as a result, there would be no divorce and hence, he wouldn't have to lose his family...or this is just a retaliation to make them notice that he is not an outsider as they have been treating him...to make them realize his part in the family...i know this is all bull shit...but u never know what goes on in jagya's head or may be he has actually stooped this low to officially be claimed as a "blackmailer"...writers may draw any twists or turns to shock the viewers...i'm just enjoying this part of the show...and def can't wait for a new guy in anandi's life now :)

I have some misgivings as usual. The panchayat will be called. And our mahaan Anandi may end up giving the share in property to Jagya.

Have you all forgotten how anandi fought for Gauri's rights? If anandi could do this for Gauri, she will do it for Jagya as well.

This type of behaviour on anandi's part irritates me no end.

i understand what u mean, but the things have changed now...after those harsh words by jagya...i don't think anandi would support him now...even if they call the panchayat...as a sarpanch she could ask him," ki tumne bete ke konse farz nibhaye hai jo aaj tum apna hissa maang rahe ho"...and as far as i rem, bhairov singh has disowned him a long before...so how can jagya put up any demands in regards to the property now...

I beg to differ here. i don't think Anandi will give Jagiya property. the only reason she didn't send him to jail was because she is in love with him. I think Anandi will oppose him. I just hate Gauri!

What about legally disowning him ?👏

Its so ridiculous...doesn't Jagya realize that he can be sent to jail..if he behaves like this with his family, they should just do a case against him...
