Just read an article on a site about 4 Lions "super hit" show on Star Plus and how the fan's reactions were considered in changing/altering tracks for future plotlines. I can't post the whole article as it may be against I-F's rules, but here's the main horse's quote (in bold):
When contacted producer Gul Khan, she said, "There has been a reaction from that fans asking for more of the drama element in the show. We are presently working on it, but no track has been decided yet"...Drama or no drama, it looks like viewers will have their final say here!!
So suddenly the fans have a say in the storyline, eh, 4 Lions aka Gul Khan is being so considerate of all the fans and their feelings all of a sudden, why??😡 Oh yeah, because the show is earning them loads of money and they haven't launched a backup show yet, right?😃
And when we Geet fans were screaming on top of our lungs to stop the damn Amritsar comedy circus track, to stop the Geet forgiving Dev track, to stop the Dev-Nandini love track, to stop the Arjun-Annie illogical office tracks, where was Gul Khan, did she put it ear plugs then, weren't the "Geet" fans vocal enough on the offical Geet FB page or on the Star One page, didn't they backlash and dish out attitude towards us "Geet" fans back then thinking they were oh so smart and knew how to handle it, or were they purposely trying to destroy our beloved show!
Well kudos to you 4 Lions, you've def played a smart game here no doubt!
No offence to IPK fans, but I do have a lot of anger inside me for the production company since Geet is and will always be very close to my heart and the show and GurTi deserved much much more and we had the potential and an amazing cast which they ruined for more profit from Star Plus show (which they don't admit, but this is the truth!)
And in the end we have lost Geet and GurTi fans are divided which is sad to see!ðŸ˜
