@Niki..
👏 Very beautifully written... You have wonderfully summarized those 3 points what Indu wants from Rishi very crisp, concise, and coherent, I totally concur with that.
In fact, just dragging that first point a bit, I feel even Indu wants to hold her responsiblities in Sharma Nivas until Vidit is back and ready to take over the helm of affairs. She would really want to see Rishi as a self-dependent husband who can take the family responsiblities and lead the family while Indu can step back and be a happy homemaker.

Mahesh, this is where I find it hard to comprehend the CVs. Indira is a girl who has a lot of self respect and has kept her integrity intact. So I am confused when the CVs give us scenes/dialogues where Rishi promises Kutumb to place his salary in her hand etc etc. After all, this is Indu's husband.

Rishi has pretty much become a ghar jamai and currently he is unemployed and honestly speaking, I'm not liking it. And keeping with Indira's line of thinking, I don't think she would like her husband to become Munna Bhaisaab part 2.

Rishi loves Indira unconditionally and has supported her through thick and thin, something which she truly loves him for. But I don't understand why the CVs are refusing to show some character development in Rishi, in order to make him independent and stand on his own two feet.

Indira and Rishi need to be two equals- not with Rishi turning into a jack of all trades, master of none. And just to finally add, there is nothing wrong with Rishi living at SN. But when he doesn't make an identity for himself, that is questionable.

Pehle bechara apni jaan bacha le...Job karne ke liye toh puri Zindagi padi hai...😆
CV's ka bharosa nahin...
Vaise bhi ye banda multi-talented hai...Apni baato se kisi ka bhi dil jit sakta hai...
Kya pata ye marte waqt yamraj ko impress kar de aur Chitra-Gupt ki job karne lag jaye...With Rishi, you never know what job he will finally do...😆

Sanam, it has been Indu's worst fears that Rishi doesn't turn out to be Munna bhaisaab part 2. In the past, she had taunted few times for him being jobless and made it clear she doesn't need a drunkard husband.
If Rishi is not keen on finding a job and live on his wife's earning, that would hurt Indu and this is something she was conscious about finding a life partner who is mature and serious in life, who takes his responsiblities.
Rishi needs to earn self respect from the sharmas, but more importantly he needs to earn that respect as husband of Indu by meeting the expectations that Indu has over him.
you are right! At this moment, rishi's identity is more of jack of all, master of none. He is no more a diwan and yet to establish his identity as Rishi kumar. So, Rishi needs to reform himself to mature and successful person and stand firm in his feet.
