Hello laxmi nagar aur shantivan k beech main latakne walon! Kaise ho aap sab, mazey main?

Just like me, there might be people whose Mums join them kabhi kabaar for a scene or two ya phir sit through a whole episode where khushi is all over arnav in bed (imagine my haalat, phew!)yeah so i thought k aap logo sey bhi poocha jaey wat happens wid u!

My mum knows the kind of expressions I have during Rabba Ves. At first she used 2 say 2 us sisters, "kya maa k saamney mun khol ke ghoor rahe ho usey?" But now she knows k hum ne har haal main waise hi mun khol kar ajeeb psycho smile k saath RV dekhna hai, chahe kitna bhi fake RV hi kyun na ho, tou she has gotten used to it.

Blanket wale RV main, jaise hi music shuru hua, she gt up saying," chalo ji inka lamba romance shuru hogaya.. main khana le kar ajati hun, tab tak tum log dekhtey raho!" N sure enuff, when she came back, the scene was still on!

Pata hai, kal tou she was worried during the RV k seerri un bechare dono par na gir jaey...lekin girey bhi tou kya...phool?!

To top it all, she remembers bekaar cheezain of IPK jo main khud kabhi yaad na rakhun, for example, maami jee k sunglasses, nani ka fancy dress ka frock, nk aur bua jee ki shaadi..aur pata nahin kya kya!

So I've cum 2 the conclusion that my Mummy watches IPKKND for all the wrong reasons but she actually surprised me in a gud way when she sang "Aaj mausam hai suhaana" when it rained yesterday afternoon! (Lagta hai mera asar ho gaya hai) Cute na!

Plz share ur experiences...let's c humri mummies kya thinkwaa karat hai!

hehe..good one😊..my mother doent mind my weird open mouth half smile reactions..either..she has been watching the show much bfore me! usually to avoid her frm seeing my reactions to RVs or any random moment whre arnav looks ravishing,i sit on the bean bag a little ahead of my mom!l😉ol she sits back on the couch and i hav like my back facing towards her so dat its not dat awkward because i am up with those weird expressions almost everytime...😆

aww i wish my mom would watch this show!! it wud sooo frekin cool!

when my mouth is half-open drooling over rabba ve scenes she just ignores me and looks at me with a weird expression on her face.

My mom is always like ure too addicted to that show but i know she will be too if she starts watching it!! hey guyz any idea to get my mom to watch this show???

My mom watches the show with almost everyday but if she misses one day because she was cooking or something we would sit together and watch the repeats the next day!

She actually doesn't mind my drooling and blushing all the time :) She knows how addicted I am and I do nothing but stare at BArun's pics or watch episode repeats and videos all the time with my laptop...i.e the whole day !!

She never says a thing ! Love her for that !

But I do get embarrassed during some rabba ve's but can't help...I can't ask people to get out of the house so I could watch the show...

Sooo I have stopped minding them ! Think what you want !

My mom has all sympathies with arnie these days and I have seen her ofter saying why is he staying in GH ..😕..when he has house in delhi only..and if so many ppl r arriving there why cant he go back to RM..she says why is ASR bearing so much...😆 and why is Akash not called to GH..😆..how can I explain her that it is director choice after all...

Thanks girls for sharing! Tou all our mums have gotten used to our shy smiles during RV, wat else can they do? But the things v do to make ourselves look normal...lol! But I'm sure they see through that as well...unhey pata hai k v've officially lost it..nw there's no turning back!

@arnavluvkhushi, ask her sweetly k mummy plz merey saath beth kar tv dekhey na..she won't say no, I think..and if its a gud epi, she'd probably watch the nxt 1 with u 2! Do tell if it worked or not!

@asrcraze, I can understand how embarassing it can get, I can still remember the look my mum gave me during the bed seen..it was somewhere b/w a smirk and eye roll!

Haha! I knw my mum said, "Mami aur Shyam se zyada to yeh Khushi villian lagti hai mujhey! Khana nahin deti, nahaane nahin deti...bechaara!" Aur main dil main:* main khila deti hun, nehla deti hun!*

Then I told her k pehley epis main arnav made her sleep on the pool side and she said, "haan aur zabardasti ki shaadi kawaayi thi..haan chalo sahi kar rahi hai!"

she would have loved asr and kkg, especially kkg. and yes, she would have said similar things about the state of my mind and expressions while watching.
much fun would have been made of my barun sobti madness. how i wish she were doing just that!
i can almost hear her say "ki sweet" at the smile exchange after the ladder fall off though.
delightful, what these simple 20 minutes bring to our lives every day. we don't have to go anywhere, spend any money, or dress up or read up or look intllectual or anything, just sit and watch (and of course look at rv with mouth open, brain frozen, pillow clutched to heart).

my mom wer crazy abt the show..specially for barun's acting i can say...she will ready at 8pm to watch the show..she never minds...always used to comment acting abt sarun alone,,,but she is grt fan of this show...

Aww thanks for ur wonderful post! I'm guessing ur missing ur mum...ur married? I know, i wait for the whole day k kab IPK shuru hoga and discuss it to bits with my sis ya phir mummy se kabhi kabhar..these lil things that brings joy to our lives everyday! :) jab tak koi meri zindagi main nahin ajata, I can tune into IPK 5 days a week at 7:30 and have my dose of romance while mummy says: "hum to kabhi aise nahin girte they roz roz, na humain koi uthane ata tha, haey!"
