Today we had a few interesting points in an overall boring episode.
I was bored enough that I did not do my usual skip through the Urmi/Kinjal scenes and it was great to see Dhaval playing a kalakari on these two. This actor hardly ever gets screen times and when he is on screen he just looks like a prop standing there mutely. Today, he actually spoke and used his brain to counter the craziness that's going on in his house.👏
Anita-Gopi Scene
Anita looks genuinely upset about having to stay at MM & I liked the fact that she spoke to Gopi and told her how she was feeling about being there.
You can tell from Gopi's expressions that she is still not sure of the situation and she is hurting inside. But Gopi being the kind-hearted soul that she is, reached over and put her hand on Anita's shoulder and reassured her, she said she will take care of Anita and there is no doubt she will do so.
One thing that the CVs have done from the beginning and that is to keep Gopi's character consistent. She continually pushes her hurt and pain aside and comforts others and tries to ease their troubles. This is both a good trait and also a character flaw. People who keep burying their hurt one day reach their limit, and when they explode they tend to do so in a drastic and dramatic way. (Maybe by leaving MM?)
Koki-Gopi Scene
Best scene today. I appreciated the fact that Koki had this talk with Gopi. It showed how much she cares for her. She said she kept thinking about Gopi and knows she is tensed. I agree with her that she should have asked Gopi before she brought Anita to MM. This showed me that Koki made this decision in the heat of the moment and now after the fact she is realizing what she could have done better.
Koki said she did not blame Ahem and that he is not responsible. Okay, I will give you that Koki, but couldn't he have said something to Nilesh/Nilesh's Dad to clear this misunderstanding? If we are falsely accused don't we say something in our defense? This was not just his reputation on the line but hers also. Why did he stand mutely the entire time and let her marriage be broken?
Koki, you need to teach your son when to speak and when to shut his mouth. He spoke to Gopi in times past when he should have been silent and now he shuts his mouth when he should have spoken.
It is all good that Koki spoke to Gopi to alleviate her fears, but this is also a conversation that husband needs to have with his wife.
Koki, the thinker
Koki is now in thinking mode, she will try to mend Nilesh-Anita's relationship and now thanks to Rashi, she thinks Nilesh called Anita twice. 😡
It looks from the pre-cap that she will call Nilesh directly or speak with his father. Ahem's lie might soon be exposed, will be open his mouth and tell the truth or will he continue to cover up his deeds?
