EHMMBH What does it mean????

Does Ek hazaron mein meri Behana mean you do everything for your sister/sibling and let the whole of other world go to hell.

Does it mean to encourage the love story of sister just like friends do without thinking of the consequences and family members (Let face it in India, marriage is family thing not a private one!!!).

I feel when I say my sister is one is one in million (yeah she is!!!!) it doesn't mean that I support her in rights and wrongs or giggle away like school girl asking her to go ahead with the crushes or more than friendships especially if I believe it is not right for her!!!!

Now lets talk in reference to my favorite sister's

Jeevika is one in million not only as sister who from the age of eight bought Maanvi in such a protected way and so well that Maanvi today at 21 is gem of person. She has never seen any hardship or darkness of life…She talks to Ganga ghat in the name of conversing with her parents and she says she will make even Cancer smile!!! Ever wondered from where she got so much optimism….well I think its due to Jeevika…

When the first few episodes were aired I am sure most of the devout followers esp those of the die hard fans of Maanu seen her almost comical but with serious implications the efforts she took break the marriage of Viren Jeevika right from including a lover to so many things!!!!

I don't how many of you blamed her or praised her but you know what for Jeevika or Me the efforts never seemed wrong as she never did it with any malicious things in her mind but wanted the best for her sister.

And well sadly to say the same applies to Jeevika….those of you who think that Jeevika is being wrong can you give one good reason on how she will be benefited if Maanvi and Virat do not unite…..Actually if Maanvi and Virat unite she is one of the most benefited in the deal but still she refuses even wondered why because she is not selfish sister who thinks of only herself and her being with Maanvi but she wants the best for Maanvi and moreover protects her so that Swamini does not get to blame Maanvi….

Well Jeevika's duty as Bhabhi of her devar to unite his love well when Virat was open about his so called love (when he was with Maya) she supported him and now she doesn't because now he is not ope…why cannot he say to his Bhabhi he loves her sister….well if its awkward then is it not awkward for Jeevika to blindly put faith in Virat and not worrying about the reactions of other family members ans say to Maanvi "Mannu I think by Devar loves you and you must love him thought Virat never said anything to me but then I know so you should say yes to him and Swamz hols you responsible for the break up of Maya and my devar which when you accept his proposal will be proved but then Swamz be damned you say yes and marry him…" and then when Swamz tortures Maanvi or goes on her taunting spree then we can blame Jeevika even for that.

Its really sad that just because she is not all fun like Maanvi Jeevika is the puching bag of many….

I often think if Jeevika ek ladka hoti yes exactly has she been the elder brother not wanting Virat and Maanvi reunion because he is irresponsible we would not have bashed her…ooops him but probably Maanvi for realizing her love for Virat!!!! Talk about double standards!!!

And well for those feel the bother bonding is unique…well good brothers but Viren's attempt at Virat Maanvi love story rather clearing his dear badi maa wrong notions about Maanvi seems to be like teenage attempt and time and again both the bothers have desperately tried to compete with my soul-mate sisters and failed completely….

Virat in the name of protecting his brother told Viren about Manan bu wanted Jeevika to clear the name herself…dude when you are not sure of the facts why did you say it???? Before that he says Jeevika is perfect then what happened dude…and once he became confident that Jeevika is operfect he does not clear the air but expects Jeevika to do it…escapist????

and Viren when he felt Maya was not right for Virat spoke with Swamini bua and was rebuked by the great Virat…ek Hazaroin mein bhai no doubt!!! And it takes Maanu the Jeevika's little siter to make him realize the value of elder bother and sister in life!!!!

How do you think Maanvi inculcated such values if not for Jeevika????

I remember people repeatedly asking what has Jeevika done for Maanvi…she in front of her fiance (whom she clearly loves!!!) refuses to marry him if her sister is not coming to wedding…what more do yu want guys!!!

Once I remember being the elder sister while discussing EHMMBH with my little sister was telling Jeevika is damn lucky to have guy like Viren in her life and my sister was telling that because Jeevika is totally selfless she never think of herself and places herself last…she agreed to marry Viren not because she know he is great guy but only because she had promised to listen Beeji and would have married anyone even the boy was good for nothing only for Beeji and that why she got such nice bargain in marriage and now I realize how right my little sister was!!!

I for one would not want my little siter to go to house where she will not have the freedom and self respect she is used to had to listen to ranting of spoilt bua!!!!

I also want to know why is Viren not doing his duty as Jeeju……had Maanvi been his sister would he marry her of to the snobbish house just because the not so cherished irresponsible younger one of the house and Maanvi are in love. I still cannot understand why is he not clearing Swamini bua opinion about Maanvi…because he wants to be the darlingof his badi maa and once its known that its he who gave the Mentos dimagg ki batti about how Virat loves Maanvi theory to Virat and made him rush to Rishikesh!!!

Those who want to bash ooops prove Jeevika is wrong please stay away….and well when I say about Viren and Virat faults I talk about their characteristic faults which only prove they are human not gods and yes even I find both the KT's very hot but for this serial is not teenage coming of age love story with stares eye-locks stare eye-locks falling catching, falling into each others arms so yes just because there is small delay in love story which everyone with straight mind knows is gonna happen I do not fancy bashing away a character who is true to her character!!!!!

first , grt post.. bt i do not agree to ur post fully... i thnk d vv brothers r right in their own way...so i wnt talk abt them now...bt i would befinitely like to say smething abt jeeman... i hve come across so many anti jeevika posts in d forum... where i hve been saying d sme thng over n over again that jeevika is not at fault...i thnk she is totally right in what she is doing..neither she is wrong now nor mannu was wrong then .. if she thnks that virman is not good for mannu, then i feel she hve every right to go against it...(now dnt get me wrong i love virman) , God d girl literally brought up mannu sacrificing her own childhood.. how can 1 call her selfish???... n ya i agree to u .. what mannu is today ,her carefree nature what we love so much, her innocence ,her optimism is all because of jeevika...n a good sister is not she who listens n fulfill every wishes of her sister bt one who loves her ,guides her , protects her n if circumstances be , then is strict with her ...

I agree with you. I do not find Jeevika at fault at all. Poor girl is just trying to protect her lil sis like a mother.

agree with each n every point u said my dear...jeevika is not at fault in the virman track...she will let this LS proceed only if she is convinced that mannu loves virat n virat can take her responsibility for the rest of his life ...;) n plus manvi's carefree attitude is coz jeevika gave her all the protectiion,care n love since childhood...its really strange that whenever jeevika makes manvi realise any of her mistakes ,she gets bashed by whole forum but when she praises manvi no one bothers about it n everyone just praises manvi only..:( i guess PEOPLE TEND TO SEE ONLY THAT SIDE OF THE COIN THAT THEY WANT N IGNORE THE REST..:P n sorry but vv-boys r fun but i love jeeman way more than vv-boys..:D

Beautifully written. All I'm going to say is that we should let the show do the talking because one day I'm sure Jeevika will shut everyone up :) And those who have issues with the sisters relationship will see the real depth of their love. Just let the story unfold :)

What I fail to understand is why do people get offended if someone is criticizing a character in the show, be it jeevika or some other character. Some people do not like jeevika's stand right now, so they express it. What is so wrong about it. If and when the sisters love unfold people may praise them, but why do some people in the forum take it so seriously if some people don't like jeevika or virat or viren or manvi, I will never get it😕
