My actual name is R. Thangamanichilambu but I am RMani to outsiders like working colleagues.Family members and very close friends call me Silambu.

I agree . Real tongue twister. You should hear how the non indians pronounce my name.!. I cringe every time they do that!

I used to cry to my parents to change my name as I did not know how to write it when I was little girl and above all I hated this name.

I asked my parents, did it take you 18hours to make me and that's why you gave me just a long name!!!

Others have a!sked me to enter the guiness books of record. But you know having said this, I never did change my name. I like it now becoz of its uniqueness. The only non indians who got my name right was my french bosses. I have been called even a coconut!!!!
