BODY B A S I C S NINE YEARS OF GYMMING BEEFED ME UP MY EXERCISE REGIME I workout six days a week and it is a combination of cardio for 10 minutes followed by an hour-long weight training.I do abs every alternate day.I love swimming but get to do it only once a month. MY PROBLEM AREAS I was skinny and weighed only 49 kg when I started going to the gym.But nine years of regular gymming beefed me up and I started gaining weight.I weigh 78 kg and my body fat is nine per cent now.I dont put on fat but I lose the muscle quality if I skip my gym or meals.My biggest weakness are my legs as they are skinny. STRENGTHS My strength is my willpower.I am a fitness freak and if I dont hit the gym,I feel a void and my day goes haywire and my energy levels plummet.I have a well-defined six pack abs and chest which I feel proud of. MY DIET I am a Jain and dont eat anything,which grows under the ground.I take six to seven meals a day.I try to take carbs and a glass of milk in the morning,lunch comprises chapatis,dal and vegetable.In the evenings,I take carbs before the workout and protein after it.My dinner is light followed by a glass of milk.I have salads,tofu,paneer,soya milk and brown bread sandwiches.I love to binge on junk food too depending on my mood.I dont restrict myself from eating anything.I have become so used to my kind of food that I extract no weakness out of it.I have a terrible sweet tooth and love to have sitafal ice cream. FITNESS ROLE MODEL Ideal celeb body (male) Hrithik Roshan,because like me,he too started from scratch and has built a body to die for.I have myself seen him work out hard on his fitness,flexibility,dance.He really inspires me a lot.
