I think the reason why Arnav is spending time with the Guptas now is also because when Khushi returns to her house after the contract and after Arnav knows she is innocent he has to find a way to come and live with her.. he has already lived with the Guptas now.. hopefully he will form a bond with them and then when Khushi is angry and not ready to be with him he will appeal to the Gupta to let him live in their house and make up with Khushi...
