Justifications and Faults of the Characters

I think all characters are correct in their own place.

Lets start with Khushi. She initially kept quiet about Shyam for Anjali's sake... she could see how blind and dependant she was on her husbands love. She thought that once Payal and Aakash's wedding was over she wouldn't have to go to Raizada mansion and see Shyam's face all the time. Besides till the time of terrace scene Shyam was not being as creepy and bold as he is now. He was still trying to win her back mainly with words. He got aggressive during the sangeet but attempted to apologise for his behavior. So he was not such a big threat to her at the time. When the terrace scene happened she realised Shyam was becoming obbessive and she did go and try to seek Arnav to speak to him reguarding the same but he had already seen the terrace scenario and was very very angry and ignored her. Then Anjali's pregnancy news came she again assumed things would become ok.. Shyam maynot care for Anjali but he would care for his own flesh and blood ie. the child. And now she doesnt reveal the truth because she sees so much hate in Arnav's eyes for her .. She doubts he will believe her even if she does tell him.

Next lets come to Arnav: He has a misunderstanding.. he has seen Khushi in Shyam's embrace and heard her telling him to leave Anjali so in his mind he thinks Shyam and Khushi are out to ruin his sister. Arnav has always been a character who is extremely practical... He only sees facts and not emotions... His heart may say Khushi is innoscent but he will follow what he has seen and heard, Ofcourse Shyam filling his mind with further lies only confirmed his worst fear. He even mustered the courage to shatter Anjali's world by telling her the truth but her pregnancy stopped him. He being ASR had to do something to safeguard his sister. He had to separate Shyam and Khushi... on an impulse he took the deicion to marry Khushi so as to keep her away from Shyam. Can you honestly blame him? He knows Khushi isnt a gold digger and he says these things on purpose to hurt her. He is in a dilemma ... when he sees Khushi's pain it pains him.. yet at the same time he cannot allow himself to succumb to his emotions. Is it that easy to ignore what you've seen and believe your heart?

Gupta family: They again have not said anything thus far because as far as they know things seem to be working out just fine. They do not know that Shyam is still lusting after Khushi. They see him keeping Anjali happy so why should they unnecessarily say something when things seem fine to them,

The fault where it lies is
1) Why wont Khushi tell anyone in her family about how Shyam is still after her
2) As much as Arnav beleives what he saw to be true but his heart conflicts with him so why doesnt he atleast try to investigate why his eyes and heart don't agree. Try to find out more about Khushi and Shyam's relationship
3) Khushi and Arnav are still mum on why they got married so suddenly why doesnt anyone else in Gupta or Raizada house try to find out the reason. The only person who seemed inetersted in finding out the reason behind their marriage was Shyam.
