I don't feel bad for Aham. He deserves this fully. It was his own fault that he never confronted his past and allowed it to fester into a big ugly wound!

And he is failing in being honest about his future as well. He has given no indication to Gopi of how he feels for her even though it is clear he loves her.

If the man cannot deal with his emotions then he must suffer! And suffer he will. Big businessman hot shot or not!
