But if he knows how important marriage is in khushis eyes shouldnt he be able to draw the conclusion that she would never do anything to disrupt his sisters marriage? Just saying...lol. I love this show but cant deny that it has some loops. Not complaining though, i love that they ended up getting married

I beleive ASR married her bcoz she does value marriage during the whole Lavanya track she had made tht clear ... Since it was Kushi whom he loved he also wanted punish her in a way for betraying him ... if was some random person shyam was having affair he wd have just destroyed tht person .. since it was Kushi he knew her well enough and loved her so he made a decision with both love and hate mixed ..

I guess I am approaching it from the POV that ASR is CVs creation, so ASR's intentions are really tied to CVs logic. And to me, the whole marriage thing as a way to stop Shyam did not really make any sense since it did not solve anything. Shyam is still as bold as ever, even more so since Khushi is in RM all the time. Only guess I can make regarding the why is that CVs want to show that ASR deep down wanted to bind Khushi to himself even if he knows (thinks) that she loves Shyam. Maybe ASR thinks that in six months he can change her mind?!

The day they got married ASR was not thinking rationally.. That morning he realized his love for KHushi, went to Khushi's house, had an eye lock with her, helped her serve lunch, his sister met with an accident, got to know of his sister's pregnancy and finally Shyam Khushi fiasco at the terrace.. Thats a lot for any normal person..

I guess too much of mental and emotional stress also led him to take this decision in haste..

Besides he is a possessive lover.. He would not let Khushi go for anything in this world..

Arnav did that so he knows kushi believes in marriage and stuff and she will never live with him without being married she believes in morals and values and he knows that too.

yes i totally agree with u. everyting came together to ASR so he had no choice left but the dicision of shadi was amazing though. to pertect anjali, and possising his own love and punishing khushi as he knows tat khushi really belive in marriage so he was sure tat for as long she s married wont try try to go with shyam even if she her heart push her, but her sindor and mangalsutra will stop her...so he thinks she s punished by staying away from her love (SHYAM)
