unfortunately windows movie maker doesnt take mp4 format videos :(

Just click the download now button and download it.

Here's how you use it.

When you open it, you'll see a section where you can type in a URL (the URL bar). All you do is take any scene that you want (from YouTube) and paste the link into this bar. Then click the Arrow thing on the section that says Output format, and choose Windows Media Video (V.7 WMV).

Make sure the preferred quality says high and then click download! :)

You can check where the file has been saved by reopening the YouTube Downloader and Clicking the 'Show Files'button at the bottom right hand corner! You can now upload the video to Windows Movie Maker!
