Better late than never! I have been off the forum for a few days and return with this long post on last week. Hope you all have the patience to read through to the end😆

What a week this has been in Parichayland😉 The case which took up one fourth of the time Parichay has been on air finally ended the way we expected – Kunal is acquitted of all charges, Siddhi helps him achieve it and Kunal and Siddhi are closer than ever before. 👏But was the ride worth this destination?😡 Let's look at the last week and decide!

The Good – in chronological order

1. 1. Kunal and Siddhi in the hospital: Beautiful scene, simple and sweet, highlighting the transformation that their relationship has been through and the comfort that they have attained with each other. ☺️I loved the fact that they were talking openly about things – Siddhi confronted Kunal that there was no CD so how would he win, Kunal admitting that he wanted to spend time with her, Siddhi chiding him for giving up so easily and finally Kunal asking for an argument because his day will be incomplete. Completely natural. But (and there is one) … I was confused by Kunal's characterization in this scene. 😕He seemed to have given up, which I personally hated, since I thought this giving up days were behind him. More on that later. Also liked the fact that they showed Siddhi egging Kunal on.👍🏼 I know they were trying to promote nari shakti and dharma patni and all that, but let's forget all the EK clichs. Isn't that what a marriage is all about? When one partner is down the other up props him/her up. I liked that they showed that simply.😊

2. 2. All of Kunal's dialogues to the Thakraal family in the farm house. Hilarious. Especially what he says to Thakraal about being a nalayak baap.😆

3. 3. Thakraal in court. No don't beat me, but scripting and performance wise a great scene. 👏Crisp dialogues, exactly the kind of dialogues I would like to see Kunal speaking in court some day, his arguments, his twists of logic – beautiful and befitting a top lawyer. The way he cornered that hapless novice lawyer and Siddhi both – brilliant. What a scene by Abhay Bhargava!👏

4. 4. Rohit in court - for obvious reasons. He spilled the beans and how! Phew, finally the case ended. Richa went ballistic and Kunal got his life back. Thank God!👏

5. 5. Raveen Vikram scenes. How much do I love Vikram? Second only to Kunal thank you very much. ☺️He is a darling. Nowadays I go aww every time he speaks. Such a sweet character and love the acting to bits. He is a natural in this role.👏

6. 6. Kunal Siddhi interactions in court and outside. I know, I know he was mad at her. 😡But still it showed the exact state he was in. He was angry at her for coming to court against his wishes but still cares about her so much. He doesn't know whether to love her or hate her – poor chap. He has been through an emotional upheaval since Siddhi was kidnapped. It's a lot for a man to handle. He isn't sure of his feelings yet. Very well portrayed by Sameer.👏

7. 7. Chopra family scenes. I've always loved Raj and Seema's characters but Gaurav is growing on me as well. He is a very real character – the kind who says the truth the way it is, always practical, but also very loving and caring. We always have these people in our family – the ones who say the wrong thing at the wrong time, but those who are good to have around because they always think one step ahead.👍🏼 I think every week I thank God we don't have kitchen politics on this show!👏

8. 8. Kunal and Siddhi scene in the bedroom. Perhaps my favorite this week. 😊Simply because I got to see the Siddhi she was before when she was not afraid to confront Kunal directly, unlike the one who clammed up in front of him. 👏I was recently watching Kunal Siddhi's pre-wedding confrontations and wondering where did this Siddhi go. Loved seeing her that way again. Of course she was misunderstanding his concern for ego, but I loved that she didn't give up. And Kunal? His love won't let him be angry with her anymore, but his concern for her can't let him ignore what she did. Plus he is upset about the fact that after all that happened she let Rohit go scot free. Of course he is also being unfair to her that she went ahead and did what she wanted – where was the time to discuss when the court was in session? All these conflicting feelings were well shown by Kunal, he was caring yet aloof and so confused👍🏼. Plus I loved the fact that Anand was brought in at the end.👍🏼 Now before we start hyperventilating let me explain. It seemed odd at first that when Siddhi holds his hand, he looked at Anand's photo and then takes his hand away. It was a mix of anger, sadness at being misunderstood as egotistic when he is concerned and guilt. The sadness at being misunderstood was dealt with in the park scene that followed. But the guilt still needs to be addressed and I am glad the CVs brought it up.👏 Because there are two parts to this. Kunal thinking Siddhi still loves Anand – which he knows now is not the case. And second Kunal feeling guilty about loving the woman his brother loved. He feels like he is cheating his little brother. This still needs to be addressed and can be dealt only by Kunal himself, may be with some help from his father. But until this point is addressed this relationship cannot move forward so I am very glad the CVs are tackling this bull by the horns and only hope that they show it with maturity and dignity.😡

9. 9. Main aap logon ke saath nahin jaunga? Poor Kunal.😭 He felt so left out.😆 The background music was trying too hard to make the scene funny, but I felt like Kunal's expressions itself were enough. He was so trapped.😭 He has not yet sorted out all his feelings and now he is being forced into accepting something that he doesn't want to. But what can he do? His nature won't allow him to say otherwise.

The okay

1.1. 1. Kunal's character graph this week.👎🏼 This whole week Kunal lacked the punch.🤢 He seemed deflated. On Monday when he talked of giving up and going to jail, I was very uncomfortable by this side of Kunal. He gave up before when Richa betrayed him. But now he has Siddhi with him. Why would be give up again?🤔 Secondly just to create drama they showed Kunal as very angry at Siddhi on Tuesday/Wednesday when he enters the court but his words didn't back up the anger. The writing was very weak in this regard. Sameer showed on his face the disappointment, the concern and the anger, but his dialogues should have been stronger, more direct. All the scenes that followed his words were thanda, very deflated, very unlike Kunal. He need not have shouted in anger, but he could have been more forceful. I blame this on weak writing.😡

22. 2. Siddhi's deal with Rohit.🤔 I don't think they could have done this any other way. They showed it as logical as possible. At least it was one of the leads who did something rather than Rohit having a change of heart.

The Ugly

1. 1. Rohit running away. What should I say?😡 I know they did this for drama's sake but why why why such poor logic and execution? They showed the constables as useless, the inspector as stupid and Kunal like a weakling. Ugh.🤢

2. 2. Siddhi in court. What were you thinking? I know you are desperate woman. I understand wanting to do something to save your husband. But what good is begging going to do for you?😡 If you want more time demand it based on evidence – FIR, medical reports whatever. Don't beg for forgiveness. And what about Keerti's OTT performance?😲 I have been very impressed with this young woman lately but all those court scenes she acted ridiculous.😡 And for what CVs? More drama?😡

3. 3. Rohit's flashbacks. What does this mean for Vikram and Raveena's story? I hope that we don't see more unnecessary twists on their story just for drama's sake.😡

Now a word to the CVs because I know they are watching and reading.😈 We have excused a lot of unnecessary big twists in this court case all because they have ended up bring Kunal and Siddhi closer and we know that was the goal of this case. But why did they have to be such big twists that they ended up becoming stupid and boring and caused so many brainless situations. 😡Why did they have to end up making Kunal and Siddhi look like clueless infants sometimes? Why not resort to smaller, more believable twists? Why think so big?😕 For TRPs I suppose. But no more. I hope in the next track – the separation – you create situations that are funny and romantic to draw your audience in.😊 Because it has a lot of potential to be sweet and endearing.😳 We promise to keep watching if you show us simple Kunal Siddhi scenes.😍 No more tears and very little drama.😡

Finally, I hope the CVs deal with Anand in a manner that is befitting.😊 Every show has this compromise marriage followed by the couple falling in love. You have an opportunity here to answer the question – how is this even possible and does this make sense?🤔 You have an opportunity to answer the question you keep randomly throwing at us through that book in Kunal's room – Can love happen twice?🤔 What does it say about Anand and Siddhi's love and Kunal and Richa's relationship if Kunal and Siddhi are so passionately in love now?😕 Were Richa and Anand mere conduits to bring these lovers together? Is Kunal justified in feeling like he is cheating his little brother? Think CVs, think. Be creative.😡 And if you want to copy please don't copy from your old shows.😡 Be inspired from somewhere else.😆

Loved the synopsis!

Totally agree with the last paragraph. I will also write a plea to the CVs..

This is a very different show, it has taken a lot of non-traditional twists and turns. I really like the progress so far and we as the intelligent viewers deserve for the story to taken to the next level in the way that is logical, does justice to the characters, is real, unique and at the same time passionate!

I know it is a tall order but writers please take your time don't rush through this because this is where you people start to lose us because once the main leads are in love the show goes astray.

Please! Please! Please! keep it fresh!

Isn't that what a marriage is all about? When one partner is down the other up props him/her up. I liked that they showed that simply.😊

I too did not like the fact that they showed kunal giving up, i mean i am sure they were other things he could have done to actually work out things for himself in the case but then i think maybe the purpose behind the scene was to show that siddhi is kunal's driving force, she left for the court without his knowledge and he came behind her. i liked the fact kunal admitted that he wanted t spend time with siddhi and he also said till he doesnt fight woth her his day looks incomplete. hahha. indeed progress from his side. Siddhi was good in the way she kept telling kunal to go and fight . liked how kunal sat beside her and wiped her tears and looked at her. again the meri adhoori song was used beautifully. Raj didnt disturb them, but he too seemed to be relaxed reg the case even though he knew cd was broken.

2. 2. All of Kunal's dialogues to the Thakraal family in the farm house. Hilarious. Especially what he says to Thakraal about being a nalayak baap.😆

yup one of the highlights of the episode. were kunal's dialogues to all 3 thakral's.

i loved the fact he threatened witcha, told rohit that he wil get punished for troubling siddhi and yup calling thakral nalyaak was too good. hahhaha. thakral's expressions were hilarious.

3. 3. Thakraal in court. No don't beat me, but scripting and performance wise a great scene. 👏Crisp dialogues, exactly the kind of dialogues I would like to see Kunal speaking in court some day, his arguments, his twists of logic ' beautiful and befitting a top lawyer. The way he cornered that hapless novice lawyer and Siddhi both ' brilliant. What a scene by Abhay Bhargava!👏

without a doubt abhay bhargava is a great actor, but hated the fact that thakral this time accused kunal of kidnapping and shooting siddhi. Anyways hope he is sent on mini break too, varana overdose hoh jayga. haha

4. 4. Rohit in court - for obvious reasons. He spilled the beans and how! Phew, finally the case ended. Richa went ballistic and Kunal got his life back. Thank God!👏

i agree. mona did a great job. rohit saying witcha needs treatment not love was good too.

5. 5. Raveen Vikram scenes. How much do I love Vikram? Second only to Kunal thank you very much. ☺️He is a darling. Nowadays I go aww every time he speaks. Such a sweet character and love the acting to bits. He is a natural in this role.👏

vik is sure a sweetheart. hope to see his and raveena track get some focus now too

6. 6. Kunal Siddhi interactions in court and outside. I know, I know he was mad at her. 😡But still it showed the exact state he was in. He was angry at her for coming to court against his wishes but still cares about her so much. He doesn't know whether to love her or hate her ' poor chap. He has been through an emotional upheaval since Siddhi was kidnapped. It's a lot for a man to handle. He isn't sure of his feelings yet. Very well portrayed by Sameer.👏

i thought kunal knows he loves siddhi and cant live without her?????

yup kunal anger was justified

loved how he protected her from the reporters. good scene

7. 7. Chopra family scenes. I've always loved Raj and Seema's characters but Gaurav is growing on me as well. He is a very real character ' the kind who says the truth the way it is, always practical, but also very loving and caring. We always have these people in our family ' the ones who say the wrong thing at the wrong time, but those who are good to have around because they always think one step ahead.👍🏼 I think every week I thank God we don't have kitchen politics on this show!👏

would love to see seema-gaurav own track soon,

8. But until this point is addressed this relationship cannot move forward so I am very glad the CVs are tackling this bull by the horns and only hope that they show it with maturity and dignity.😡

i loved what siddhi said and how she held kunal's hand with authority, first time i think she did this. kunal pointing out that now that rohit is free he will trouble raveena and wont leave siddhi too, does kind of hint a future track like this. sinal convo was good, but i didnt like how kunal moved his hand when siddhi touched it that as soon he saw anand's pic,. the pain and hurt in siddhi's eyes was visible. poor girl

i felt after the hospital track, kunal was gradually off the guilt.

but then like you said maybe it was done for reason and cvs are going to show properly and slowly how kunal's guilt is removed.

glad raj knows that anand is a factor which is not letting sinal proceed etc.

9. His nature won't allow him to say otherwise.

lovely scene. kunal's expressions were too good and his 2 dialogues were my most fav. maltab mein aap logon ka saath nehi jaunga and the one where he says aap bata dege. hahha. he so wanted to come with them esp siddhi, but the way raj spoke to him he was left stunned. hahaahaha.

but i feel this track will have some complications bec if kapil for real finds out reg div, it could get messy etc, would prefer if raj talks to kapil reg this before

The okay

1.1. 1. Kunal's character graph this week.👎🏼 This whole week Kunal lacked the punch.🤢 He seemed deflated. yes i agree the writing could have been much better.

reg kunal i know what you mean.

like i said before cvs just wanted to show maybe siddhi as his driving force,

plus his concern/love for siddhi over powered everything else, he didnt even think about the consequences of himself going to jail, maybe due to fact he had gone through so much in past few days he was still under the fear that he will loose siddhi.

he obviously was disappointed that rohit escaped.

maybe it was executed as well,

but the purpose behind it was this only, rem how he got a call from the assistant while he was finding siddhi and he said he will be coming t court, that was after he believed siddhi would have gone to court.

22. 2. Siddhi's deal with Rohit.🤔 I don't think they could have done this any other way. They showed it as logical as possible. At least it was one of the leads who did something rather than Rohit having a change of heart.

i know, one cant give credit to rohit now for what he did, bec he did it our of a deal

The Ugly

1. 1. Rohit running away. What should I say?😡 I know they did this for drama's sake but why why why such poor logic and execution? They showed the constables as useless, the inspector as stupid and Kunal like a weakling. Ugh.🤢

silly i agree.

2. 2. Siddhi in court. What were you thinking? I know you are desperate woman. I understand wanting to do something to save your husband. But what good is begging going to do for you?😡 If you want more time demand it based on evidence ' FIR, medical reports whatever. Don't beg for forgiveness. And what about Keerti's OTT performance?😲 I have been very impressed with this young woman lately but all those court scenes she acted ridiculous.😡 And for what CVs? More drama?😡

i know, all the bleeding on her arm and the begging was lame. Felt bad for her no doubt, but i agree with the judge he could not have given her extra time.

but i do think her getting to court at that state would have been glorified,

3. 3. Rohit's flashbacks. What does this mean for Vikram and Raveena's story? I hope that we don't see more unnecessary twists on their story just for drama's sake.😡

we will for sure, kunal pointed it out on fri too, and i fear kunal may blame siddhi for it,

plus they do need to focus on vira track too

Now a word to the CVs because I know they are watching and reading.😈 We have excused a lot of unnecessary big twists in this court case all because they have ended up bring Kunal and Siddhi closer and we know that was the goal of this case. But why did they have to be such big twists that they ended up becoming stupid and boring and caused so many brainless situations. 😡Why did they have to end up making Kunal and Siddhi look like clueless infants sometimes? yes we all agree that teh coueet case was poorly handled esp in the end. however the only thing positive which came out was sinal progression

cvs have always done a great job with sinal scenes/love story, so i do feel this time too that will be good, but i fear reg 2 things, ie the duration of the track and secondly kapil doesnt know reg div, he finds out, he will for sure ask siddhi to come with him and we may get a long separation and depending on the other sub tracks cvs take, sinal milan will be delayed.

Finally, I hope the CVs deal with Anand in a manner that is befitting.😊 Every show has this compromise marriage followed by the couple falling in love. You have an opportunity here to answer the question ' how is this even possible and does this make sense?🤔 You have an opportunity to answer the question you keep randomly throwing at us through that book in Kunal's room ' Can love happen twice?🤔 What does it say about Anand and Siddhi's love and Kunal and Richa's relationship if Kunal and Siddhi are so passionately in love now?😕 Were Richa and Anand mere conduits to bring these lovers together? Is Kunal justified in feeling like he is cheating his little brother? Think CVs, think. Be creative.😡 And if you want to copy please don't copy from your old shows.😡 Be inspired from somewhere else.😆

i personally would prefer a convo between sinal some day maybe when they confess they love for each other where siddhi actually says to kunal that anand will always be special to her and she will always love him in her own way, but kunal is her soulmate, her husband, the man she is in love with and will always love him till her final breath.

in real life people to fall in love and fall out of love, thats realistic, but then its not the case always that you stop loving someone you loved in your past even after you move on and fall in love again and find your soulmate.

kunal no longer loves witcha. but siddhi's case is different, she will always have sweet memories of anand.

One more comment about last week.

The Court room scene.
I will start by saying I don't know or understand the Indian legal system. The actor who plays Mr Thakar is a wonderful actor and delivers his dialogues with amazing style and grace, However, the whole court room was a farce. The judge had no control over the proceedings, Thakar was giving a sermon instead of presenting any evidence and badgering the apposing side. How can that be acceptable? Don't you need to present evidence and question witnesses? It can't possibility be a free for all. I understand dramatic license but I don't understand how all that was acceptable from a legal stance!

Annie this should be the ugly part - they have made Kunal's character like a YO-YO. I mean how can a person that too a gold medalist give up fighting for himself - That was shown insane - I know love is blind and what not but we have brain above heart too - All his life he took decisions with brain and now all of sudden with heart - does not suit his personality - He should have shown to keep the balance -

3. 3. Rohit's flashbacks. What does this mean for Vikram and Raveena's story? I hope that we don't see more unnecessary twists on their story just for drama's sake.😡

I least care about this track - but am sure that this will the side story they will throw on us -

Getting back to Can Love happen twice - I strongly believe that time is the big healer - Every human needs love and they can not just live the rest of their life without going forward -
In SINAL's case - Anand passed away- an accident which is not in any body's hand - So Siddhi for sure and we all know has moved on -
Kunal and Richa broke up due to their own differences - and actually they never loved each other - If they loved then Kunal would not have brought his ego within their relation nor would have Richa left him for money - They must have been the best friends for long enough and mistook their friendship as love - They liked spending time with each other, Richa wanted best in life so our GOLD medalist who defeated her father was the only best according to her -
For Kunal may be he never ever spoke with some another girl - since Richa always tagged along with him and knowing Richa she would not allow any one else to be around him.
Kunal moved on long time back - but due to the Anand factor - he is shown to be holding back.
But i don't think that he is now thinking about Anand at all. that scene was shown to confuse the viewers. He himself knows that he can not live without Siddhi and took care of her for his own sake not for the sake of Anand.
If he was thinking about Anand - he would be back to road with musafir BG and chana and not in garden.

Other than the above i guess i agree with most of your post -

🤗 Welcome back Annie, you were missed.

As for last weeks episodes, the less I say, will be the better for everyone😆 The court case was a disaster, seeing Kunal standing passively in the witness box made me cringe. Seeing Siddhi overdoing the rolling eyes bit also made me cringe! Even Thakral who is normally quite entertaining, went on with some tom foolery, the whole thing was reminiscent of a circus act 🤢All those glaring looks Kunal threw at Siddhi, which had us so confused, just fizzled out the next day with a lack luster "maine tumhe court aane se mana kiya tha na"?😕
The bedroom scene, though not exactly one of the better ones was still acceptable, for it showed them in a real husband-wife light, with Siddhi taking the lead. Like you said, it's the Siddhi from the early days of their marriage, who had disappeared while being love stricken. I like this new Siddhi, she isnt some fate-hit woman who will remain a 'wife' no matter what. She wants her husband to acknowledge his feelings for her & I hope she doesnt rest until she gets what she wants!

All said & done, im glad its over & we have the beginnings of a new track, one in which they will be pining for each other.
Will it be portrayed in a sweet & simple manner or will shove in usual OTT twists & dialogues like "main tumhare bina nai jee sakhta/sakhti"? Will they use this time to clear at least some of the previous MUs or should we put those behind us & concentrate on the new ones that are likely to crop up? Will this track lead to the ever evasive confession? Or will it only bring them a step closer to it? Lets see what today brings...

I mean how can a person that too a gold medalist give up fighting for himself - That was shown insane - I know love is blind and what not but we have brain above heart too - All his life he took decisions with brain and now all of sudden with heart - does not suit his personality - He should have shown to keep the balance -

Annie, Bhavi- using your posts to make a single reply on somethings I had to say or am itchign to say
1. Kunal;s defeatist attitude- agree, he was shown to have given up w.o a fight, which was very different from his character..he wanted to send Richa to the asylum.
The cvs could have shown it better even if they wanted Siddhi to be egging him own,
And I may sound like defending him, but I think, sometimes ppl do get tired of fighting, we shouldnt forget he has been out since last 5-6 yerars..its not easy to keep fighting every day, daily not just with the world but your family who thinks who are a loser and that too for a guy who is supposed to be out of hte house and nto at home 24*7.
His life has been v difft from Siddhi;s for whom the biggest lose was Anand's loss and probably her parents.
So if Kunal shows a defeatist attitude just once..its not so bad..yes the stkaes were too high here, its his whole life, but he has been through hell, the lady he once loved, claimed he is a rapist, and his wife is kidnapped on verge of death and now he has to fight his case.
So I am ok with it.
2. And then the topic of falling in love again..agree with Bhavi on ppl move on..wantingly or unwantingly, some after a year some after a decade. But why say that this is the true love and the other wasn't. At that point Kunal did lv her, and his ego never came in bet..i think he was right so he didnt budge..here also he has never budged when he has been right.. He says sorry only when he is wrong..so i dont think ego was there between kunal/richa..
She just wasnt the right person or worthy..but to say that love was less and this is more..i dont think its right, or needed ? Both are different .
However, I agree to your think Annie, that he knows that siddhi lvs him and not anand but he cant get over the fact that he has fallne for his bro's wife..and that his kid bro, who was dear to him.
Wish I could write more..but probably later !
