that hand itself is not Payal's u know

during ASR throat problem Khushi gives ASR the 'butter' that hand has a thumb ring, this hand pic also has a thumb ring😕😕

i also "noticed" something..i was going through the cast thingy here on the forum n it said asr is 28yrs n kushi's 18!!😕 10yrs age gap??!!n kushi's oly 18?can some1 pls clarify?
