Physical fitness has become an integral part of everyone's lifestyle, more so of our svelte Bollywood sirens who have to be in shape considering their demanding glamourous profession. But model-turned-actor Sushma Reddy is no paranoid. She doesn't go out of her way to work out. "I am not very finicky or crazy about working out. I am a very easygoing person. I do light weights and eat in moderation. I've always been very active and I'm quite an outdoor person", she reveals.
And what is her take on fashion and beauty? "Beauty is more about your inner well-being and happiness. It has to reflect outside. It is partly genetic also. As for fashion, it's really about comfort. You should be able to mix and match appropriately along with a good knowledge of colours and cuts that suit you", she feeds us some fashion gyaan.
