abhay isnt legally married to mahi

ok, when abhay married mahi, he was still married to kkusum, but he thought she was dead so he married mahi. he never divorced kkusum or anything. so when kkusum came back, isnt kkusum his legal wife and mahi isnt? mahi really needs to get a clue and get out!😡 all these marriages are getting confusing!😕

he is legally married to mahi. after kkusum left him, if someone is assumed dead for a couple of yrs , i think 5 or 8 years, then der marriage is no longer there. so, in order to be with kkusum, he needs to divorce mahi, and then legally marry kksum. when the mahi murder investigation was going on, acp asked kkusum and abhay if they got divorced and they said no, which is tru but they still rnt married. sum1 mentioned b4 that this is the law in india .

ya that wat i was thinkin! isn;t kusum;s abhay;s wife legally! they never had a divorce so!
