I think she was worried because just the last day she let khushi know that to get arnav someone has to care him suppressedly & not show it off to the world as well as him !!! so anji was wondering y on earth khushi was doing exactly the opposite thing just after knowing that it could make their relationship much looser !!!! actually she was doubting khushi a lil bit & we all know that the doubt's exactly correct !!!! this is just my POV & I might be wrong...!!!!!! 😕

And if this is true then it wud also be a proven fact that anji is not a bit of dumb as she seems like !!!!! may be she is blindly in love with shyamwa but her eyes as well as brains start working in case of others !!!!! 😉

My thoughts exactly! She definitely seemed worried/confused and most likely for the above reason.

Yah...obviously...else y wud see try to convince arnie about khushi's concerns & caring about him in the precap !!...after all shes the one who looked after that motherless lil boy since their childhood...how on earth cud she be jealous of his lil bro's happiness !!!!!!!!!!
