Could be

Tejas: the designer guy who gifted Gopi designer saree at last year navratri, and praised Gopi for her design alteration on the saree and said Gopi should have been a designer herself 👏

Elesh: I think this is more likely to be in the flow with SNS, coz Anita is linked to Kinjal, and interlink again is Elesh. If matters between Anita-Ahem surface, Elesh will definietyl know, and will reveal Kinjal -Elesh cancelled wedding matters to Anita , so Elesh as fiancee makes sense, and also hopefuly coz then, definitely, Anita-Elesh wedding will most definitely go thru, coz they both know modis, and they have experienced pain at the hands of modis lol, (Anita vs Ahem, Elesh vs Kinjal)

ALso if its Elesh, there is more likely hood in some twisty ways of bringing out Kinjal's truth out at Gohem marriage, which wil be AWESOME
