Most Logical scenario:
Now this is a theory i have for the future track that might save ARVI self respect. When the opening scenes came in today everyone saw that Punni upload the video by a Usb through her phone to the internet and sent it out to the rest of the office people. Now in most companies/Internet Cafes they have admin for most websites, so there is always the availability to track the person who sent it or who it was uploaded by as they have there name on it and they are on a personalised computer in the shop.
If they follow logic here in which many serials dont then it would be so easy to track Punni was the one who sent it because for one she used a usb connector to upload the clip to everyone, so it can easily be traced and secondly she used an Internet Cafe computer so its not difficult to find the origin of that clip even if she used a fake account to upload it.
Other Possible scenarios:
Ekta has a thing for good beating evil after a long long time just look at ARMAN for a example so she could stretch the dialogue out abit. Another more obvious exposing of the situation if Arjun asks for CCTV footage from the hotel and sees Punni recording that video, Second could be the phone he did for Purvi and Punni picked up he could draw similarities on that or lastly that waiter who served them tea could have seen Punni record that and told Arjun if he phoned the hotel to complain about it.
So these things might happen in tomorrow episode or next week what do u guys think?
