Hi everyone!

I know this topic is going to be a bit controversial, but Aarti's son is really starting to get on my nerves. 😡 I know he's a child, but he seems very spoiled - to the extent that he doesn't even seem to listen to his grandparents or his own mother.

I'm a bit surprised as to how his family just gives into his demands. Obviously, Aarti's new mother-in-law doesn't seem to be very nice and I guess we can't really blame Ansh for not listening to her, but he doesn't even listen to his own mother!

Children will be children, but at the end of the day, they will also generally stop misbehaving when their parent asks them to, or else are disciplined. Obviously, his mother and grandparents dote on him, as he is the only child in their home. However, at the same time, I am surprised that someone with such high morals as Aarti can't seem to handle her own child. Ansh just seems overly bratty to me.

What do you guys think?

Please remember that I am not attacking anyone - just merely voicing my own opinion.

Yeah, kids are kids but I totally agree with you. Aarti needs to learn that nurture doesn't only involve doing whatever the kids asks. It's about teaching limits as well. At the end of the day, Ansh represents Aarti..

I am a mother of two boys 4 and 1 year old. I think Ansh might be around 5. He is too young to understand whats happening around him. If at some other time his mom asks him to be quite and silent he could just do that. But its very late at night, he is sleepy and tired. In their mind whether we like it or not only thinks in one direction. If Arati does not pick him up I wont be surprised if he starts crying. So atleast to me Ansh behaviour is very natural and not annoying at all. 😊

It will take Ansh some time to learn and follow the ways in this house as he seems to be a lot pampered by Arati.

I think the reason she is not more firm with him is because she feels guilty that he doesn't have a father. So he has been given more freedom to get his own way and it has made him a bit of a spoiled brat. Hopefully, Yash is able to give him what he needs in a father and his behavior will get better.

Ansh is a bit of a brat and Aarti clearly doesnt mind. I doubt if Ansh has ever been exposed to as many people as he is now and Aarti probably never had to reprimand him in the past since he was the apple of the eye for the Dubeys and her. Ansh also seems like her weakness since he was the motivator for her existence. All this will change, soon with Yash's and the girls' entry into her life and healthily so for Ansh.
