@Moni: You have a point. Maybe Pintu could just show his paycheck to TTS as he has better things to be doing with the money. One must be practical, even while dramatically proving to your despotic dad that you have made it on your own two feet! 😉

But the kaan ke bali is a wonderful thought. Aww and he should bump into Chanchal at the shop/market as he is deliberating on which ones to buy.
Unfortunately, all of this is a pipe dream until a) Pintu actually gets a job and b) Krishna gets out of this proposal somehow, fording the ire of her mother and brother. *shudder*
Then again, I get the distinct feeling that this drama is setting Pintu up to succeed professionally. Previously I had wanted a "main intezaar karunga" dialogue from Pintu when I had figured that he would confess and Krishna would turn him down. But now I think a "main intezaar karungi" is in order from Krishna, after she reads that blessed love letter.
