it was sooo cute! i love how khushi is so comfy with arnav's family, and how arnav got all angry when he thought she was ignoring her! i am soo happy you showed his anger and stuff, and a lil bit of angst. that was nice and mera sabse favourite part in the FF so thank you for that!! :D you're awesome!!
and these 2 will work toegether! i love office romance/masti. i hope khushi sees him with models and drops something on him again!! she's like the cutest character i have EVER come across!

Part 16:

I'm afraid this is a little long, and I wasn't really sure about it too. . . . But I had made a deal with Gargee, and this is dedicated to her, and all of you, whom I had left waiting with the previous update!! 😉

Arnav lost the last shreds of sanity, as he bent to claim her lips. The kiss was anything but gentle. It was sheer punishment. It was Khushi's first kiss, and she honestly didn't know what to do. Her lips, which were initially sealed, opened in a gasp when he bit her bottom lip. He plunged his tongue inside and felt hers, as he urged her to respond. Khushi soon forgot her shyness, as she started kissing him back. Arnav grunted as he increased his fervor,leaning fully on her, making her bend backwards, and her hands raked through his hair and tugged at it. His right hand was at the nape of her neck, holding her prisoner to the onslaught of his lips, while his left moved lazily to Khushi's derriere, pressing her lower-half body to his.

Arnav had seen and felt nothing but red. How dare she ignore him. He'd show her, he thought. But all such thoughts had fell out of his head as soon as he felt her luscious lips press against his, her sweet taste teasing his tongue. Her soft, petite form pressed against his length was already wreaking havoc on his libido. And then she gasped as he bit on her lower lip, unable to contain his passion. He had succeeded in making her an active participant in the kiss, and had just started enjoying the sensations her lips were putting him through, when he was distracted.

"Chotey??" His Di's voice came from the stairs.

He broke the kiss and stood straight, pulling Khushi too, and watched Khushi gasp for air, her eyes shut very tight. A devilish glint came to his eyes knowing that he affected her the same way that she affected him. He rested his forehead against hers as he commanded, "Look at me, Khushi."

Khushi slowly opened her eyes and met his honey brown orbs. The aftermath of their kiss was still there in her eyes. Eyes glazed, pupils dilated, and it didn't help Arnav in gaining an ounce of control, and he had a good mind to continue with what he had started. But he knew his sister maybe halfway up the stairs already. "Will you ever ignore me again?--- Khushi?" Arnav asked, adding her name at the end of the question, just because he liked saying her name. His eyes looked straight into hers, daring her to either lie to him or refuse him. Khushi gulped once, before she shook her head delicately, making him give out an evil smile.

"Good girl." he said, his mood suddenly changing to a bright one, as he slowly took his hands off her and moved to the door, where he turned back and called her out. Khushi, who still felt intoxicated, turned to him slowly, her eyes slightly questioning. And Arnav said, "This Saree looks good on you." and left the room, just in time to see Anjali climb the stairs fully.

Khushi blushed and looked down before she thought, 'Oh, didn't you show that already?!'

Glad to know her brain had started functioning again, she moved to the mirror and looked at the remnants of their passion on her face. Lips swollen, and eyes still a little unfocused, and her fingers traced her lower lip and she shivered. Shaking her head to drive away the thoughts of their rendezvous, she straightened her Saree before she went downstairs too.

"Khushi??" Anjali questioned, as Arnav turned her back to the stairs, putting his arm across his sister's shoulders. "She'll come." was his reply, as he slow guided his sister towards the dining hall. He sat in his usual seat, as his mind started surmising as to what had made him do. . . whatever he had done to Khushi a few minutes ago. It had been --- what? Three weeks since he met her? And he did not know how and when she had started affecting him to this extent. Especially the zing of electricity and life he felt when he was around her.

Yes.

She liked being around his family. But she also made sure that when it came to him, her whole attention was given to him. She May talk to a hundred other people. But if he was in the same room with those same hundred people, he knew very well that he'd hold her undivided attention. But receiving such care and attention was a completely new area for him. He could easily label the physical attraction he felt for her.

Lust.

But not just that too.

His train of thought was broken when the object of his thoughts, came to sit beside him. And when he glanced at her, the telltale blush on her cheeks deepened, and she gave the slightest of smiles. And when he kept staring at her, even after she had sat down, she looked into his eyes for a second before her eyes turned questioning. Arnav's eyes showed her the smile which his lips didn't have, and Khushi finally heaved a sigh of relief that his anger had left him.

She realized she had been giving up on her own pig-headedness and arrogance when it came to him. There was no reason he could give to justify his anger when she had ignored him. Yet, she didn't even have a mind to question him about that, and had accepted his anger, and had held her breath until he had calmed down.

Was this her, in love?

Did this mean love?

Her unconditional submission?

And what mattered the most was she didn't mind it. He could ask her to do anything. ANY damn thing, and she would probably do it in a jiffy. But a small voice did complain in her head about putting someone else above herself, 'What else do I need to do in love?!' And Khushi sighed. "Khushi??" Arnav's low murmur echoed in her ears and broke her from her reverie, and she looked up into the questioning, warm, honey-brown eyes of Arnav. The concern in his eyes for her, and just for her, again left her speechless. She smiled at him, her eyes lowering again, and all she wanted was to snuggle up to him. But she did realize that, here, in front of the family wouldn't be such a good idea. Although she also knew that he wouldn't mind it at all!

Seeing Khushi smile smugly, like a Cheshire cat, made him realize what was probably going on in her head, and he smiled conspiratorially at her. She bit her lower lip shyly and gave out a dejected sigh as she looked around the table. 'She doesn't want people around right now. . . .' He thought and realized exactly why she didn't need them around. 'Oh, just what have I done to the sweet, innocent girl she used to be! That too with just a kiss?!' Arnav thought, as he mentally shook his head to himself. He really didn't want anybody, especially his sister to know about what was transpiring between him and Khushi. Somehow he didn't feel comfortable about being teased about his love life. Especially when he was being tagged with Khushi. And Khushi had always kept the things between them a secret. Even their initial fights. So he knew they were on the same page. Here too!

Aware of the silent undercurrents passing between them, Khushi and Arnav ate silently, and after Arnav was done, he said to his sister, "Di, the pooja is over now. I need to work. Nobody disturbs me!"
He saw Khushi's shoulders slump a little in disappointment, and smirked as he started to walk away. He turned back, at the foot of the stairs and said, "Khushi, I need to discuss the deal we talked about yesterday. The sooner you start designing, the better. So come to my room after you are done."

Khushi's face lit up completely, as she hardly covered up her grin. "But Khushi, I thought you wanted to have a nap. You have done so much of work since this morning!" Anjali objected, and Khushi hastily countered back, "No, NO!! I am fine!" Arnav had heard this on his way up, and frowned as he entered his room.

"What deal, Khushi?" Akash asked, and Khushi explained the decision taken by Arnav regarding their action against the Bridal Collection of Malhotra Creations. Akash nodded, and smiled appreciatively at Khushi, "This will be a very major thing for your career, Khushi. All the best."

Although Khushi usually ate faster, owing to the fact that she had been kissed for the first time, and a little too thoroughly at that; she was just halfway of her brunch when Arnav left. Now, however, she stuffed her mouth with the remaining food, and took the dessert, her favorite, jalebis -- on a separate plate, citing the reason that she'd have it while designing.

Arnav had started working already while he waited for Khushi to come, and when the door did open, he lifted his eyes to look at her enter his room softly and close the door behind her. She still hadn't stopped smiling, he observed, as he lifted and tilted his head, as he stared at her. A smile spread across his face too, as he noted how adorable she looked when she was being all shy. "Come here." he ordered, and her smile fell just a little for a moment. She looked at the floor as she walked to where he was sitting on the recliner, and sat next to him gracefully.

Arnav looked the jalebis and then at her, still smiling. He took the plate off her hand and kept it on the table in front of them, and she looked up just when his arm went around her waist, his palm resting on her navel, and he started stroking her satiny skin. As he noticed her, glance at him surreptitiously, he murmured, "Why smiling? Not that I object!!"

Khushi again imagined what the Raizadas' reaction would have been, had she given in to her wish of snuggling up to Arnav, and her smile turned into a full fledged grin. "A. . . Aap. . .!" Khushi started, not knowing how to tell that to him.
"Hmm. . . Main??" Arnav prodded.

Khushi turned to face him as she explained, "Remember when I was thinking something at the dining table, and you asked me what I was thinking?" Khushi asked, and Arnav's eyebrows furrowed a little as he tried to make sense of what she might have been thinking about. He nodded and Khushi rested her head against his chest, and his hold on her waist automatically tightened, still trying to understand her point. "I was thinking of your family members' reaction if I did this in front of them!" Khushi explained, and giggled like a naughty child, making Arnav grin too. Her small hand came to rest against his chest, as she pulled back and stared into the caramel brown orbs, and Arnav's eyes wandered to her lips, as he bent her lips in a gentle kiss. The way he caressed her mouth with his lips and tongue, was so soft, and yet sensual, that it made Khushi go dizzy.

After a while, he put his free hand beneath both her knees, and lifted her into his lap. If their first kiss had been wild, this one was anything but that. Arnav let Khushi take control of the kiss now, as he felt her tongue tentatively start exploring each and every nook and corner of his mouth. He sighed contentedly, as her hands slowly traveled up his chest, his neck, and buried itself in his hair. His phone started to ring then, and he had decided to studiously ignore it, but Khushi started to pull back and gasped his name between kisses.

Arnav pulled back of rested his forehead against hers, closing his eyes and breathed deep to gain some semblance. He took his phone from the table in front of him, as Khushi snuggled back to him. "Where's Khushi??!!" an excited Lavanya shouted, without any ado. His arms tightened around Khushi, as he started getting a little irritated at the disruption Lavanya managed to bring in between him and Khushi, all the time!

"Why are you asking me?!" Arnav asked in irritation. "ASR! This is important! I tried calling her, but she just doesn't pick up her f*cking phone!!" Lavanya crowed in excitation, and Arnav said to Khushi, "Eh. . . Your friend!"

Khushi frowned as she took the phone, and muttered, "What?!"

Arnav had just started stroking her skin on the neck, when she pushed his head away with her free hand and stood up. Arnav was about to snatch his phone away from her hand in anger, when she squealed and jumped up and down, in utter glee. When he stared at her disdainfully, Khushi whispered, "Lavanya's getting married! Steve proposed!!!"

As if he was supposed to know who Steve was, already. Of course, he now knew that this Steve was Lavanya's fiance. He watched how Khushi was so happy now, making herself comfortable on the recliner, as she demanded to Lavanya, "I want details! NOW!!" Arnav sighed, and he thought of getting some work done, since Khushi's mind would be elsewhere occupied. And quite for a while. . . . .

Update - Delicious.. All romance, love and sighs..😃 I loved the way he punished her.. If this is the way, I'm sure in future Kushi would ignore Arnav more..😆

Oh.My.Gosh.. Even I'm wondering.. What would be family's reaction if Kushi had snuggled into his embrace.. Wouldn't that be a WOW??😳

Ha ha! Lavanya.. No wnoder she's Anjali's friend.. Anjali usually disturbs without any reason but in here La called at least with a reason!

This couple seriously have a bad luck in their romance timing.. Earlier Anjali and Now Lavanya!😛

bwahahaha am giggling like a teenager blushing reading the update! she became all shy so cuteee!!!!! i like these two because they never needed the help of words to express what they both are thinking and as arnav is already a man of less words, it has become easier for him to connect to khushi..

just love this aspect of them! even though anji always claims she can read her brothers eyes, i never have once seen her doing it.. she ll be busy in her own personal dream always.

argh lavanya is got a really bad timing sense i say! stupid girl always there to disturb arhi.. okay so she is getting married.. get busy with steve lavanya and stop disturbing khushi 🤣

yes! and i'm sooo sorry!! i was on chutti and out of town so i was not commenting cus i hate commenting those 1 line things, iots just not enough of talking.. :P so i thought i'll leave a long one later.. and u updated again! since i'm in history class now studying(or trying to at least :D ) i;ll go home and check it out!! urghh.. i hate knowing there's an update and i can't read it!! and thank you sooo much for the anger thing! u did it after i said it?! sooo swweet.. and if u did it just cus of the plot, than also you're sweet :D
