Here is my message: We need to Star Plus to act to protect Giaa Manek from defamation over this police raid, we also need to request that you have the person in charge of the raid, the police official, to confirm that it was a straight forward case of elimination as when they saw the bill and checked that she was not under the influence of alcohol, in her mother's presence the whole time she was at the bar they did release her.
As the way the situation is going in the media and soundbites from people on the ground, ladies which stay at home and a bit mature are saying she bribed the police to release her. Please act quickly, otherwise the viewers will tune off the show, TRP will drop and Saath Nibhana Saathiya will also have to be dropped from the channel.
We the fans of the show will be saddened that a small none issue was the cause of this, and Star Plus didn't act quickly to allay (put to rest) everyone's fears on the matter. Set the matter straight and explain what happened with testimonies from the police and proof from the bill of purchase.
