if arnav had seen shyam holding khushi hand...shyam would not have been spared...we know arnav will not bear anyone touching khushi...so still a long time for arnav to see shyam touching khushi...precap it clearly shows arnav just looks at shyam face...he looking at khushi in a bad way...and he sees khushi's back...so i think he thinks khushi is enjoying shyam co...

i think when arnav will decide to go near shyam...that time either anjali or someone will stop him and he wont b able to see shyam touching khushi...or when arnav goes close to them...shyam will remove his hold on khushi hand...

but one thing atleast arnav will know that shyam is not changed...
