I loved the all the dialogues, Kunal confessed to Siddhi... The best among:

"meri saari adat chudvakar, mujhe tumhari adat daal di"

He was requesting her to give him a chance to make her see.
Feeiing himself as wrong for not conveying what she means to him.
Siddhi gave him life, that everything Kunal need.
He will search for her, if she leaves
He will not let happen anything to her, if some tries to take her away.
Cause, He never want to lose her love.
He is craving for the love only Siddhi can give.
He knew, siddhi can fill his life like no one else can.
He has done many things for her, He was there when she needed help.
He hugged her tight when she was depressed and lonely.
He wiped her tears when they fall.
Like, he has done many things.
What will happen to him, if siddhi dont open the eyes?????????????

A million dollar question... When the pain will be cured???????

😭i cried watching him like that

i so wanted Siddhi to move fingers(like how it happens in other shows) but cvs wants to make us see Kunal suffer

ya siddhi is everything for kunal now. hearth touching emotional confession by kunal. he will be completely shattered if he loses siddhi.lets hope nothing happens to siddhi n we get to see nice sinal scenes like kunal taking care of her in process of her recovering.
