Satya and Doods: awesome analysis. like always 😉yep, it was a regular episode that became memorable: because of extraordinary dialogues. the story didn't go anywhere and yet took a giant leap: funny, ain't it?
i'm no IPKKND analyst... I'm just a girl who adores intense stories and who's crazy about this show. I devour novels for breakfast, lunch, dinner and between classes who takes a break and rushes to the idiot box to catch this one show every week-night. be assured, CVs, of atleast one pakka viewer 😆 unless, of course, you turn this beautiful story into a crap-fest.
but i digress. i wanted to talk about the episode and now look i'm rambling 😃 today's episode woke me up at the moment when Khushi was pushed on to the stage. Flashback: the first Arshi meeting scene. Khushi was forcibly sent into spotlight then, and it happened now. then in the audience, there was no friendly face... this time she had her family there for her. the crowd had jeered then, did jeer now, but that hostility was tempered by the knowledge that she wasn't alone. and the last, but of course not the least part, she had ASR there for her. i loved the way CVs did this. Then Khushi had 'fallen from grace' and Arnav had caught her. this time Arnav didn't let her fall at all. *wow, am i becoming an analyst after all? you IF ppl are inspiring me 😉*
Then, of course, there was the act. we are aware of the chemistry between Barun/Sanaya or Khushi/Arnav: this was the first time they did it in front of the world. it was a joint stand (and i totally missed the effect of Shyam-the-villain here 😡). the whole act was the combination of both these head-strong, dynamic people. Khushi/Heer first captivated the audience with the pure love she felt for her Ranjha, and the sheer happiness she felt on being married. her being so totally in love had the audience feel sorry for her and get hooked, 'cause everyone knew what came next. Heer made them love her. Ranjha made them immortal. when his love fell, Ranjha's anguish and pain made the audience weep. it was the defiance with which he partook the same poison that took away his love, as if it would turn into a portal that'll unite them, that moved them. they made it happen, not only khushi, not only arnav.
okay, maybe they weren't in their best forms, but that's not what got to me. no, it wasn't even arnav's declaration. it was the 'poisoned' sweet. yes, Arnav Singh Raizada ate a sweet for a mere act, for Khushi, which because of his diabetes is literally poison for him. AND EVERYONE OVERLOOKED THIS FACT? INCLUDING KHUSHI?? CV's, you had an awesome opening here: why didn't you use it?? ( i know it 'cause i've already watched the next episode; waiting to review on it when Satya or Doods opens that redux😊) *bangs head in frustration*
somehow this whole episode was about Arnav and Khushi... don't get me wrong - they're the main protagonists and of course they'll be highlighted. but cmon, a story needs it's peripherial characters, it's Villains, damn it. they make the story happen, move forward. this isn't a fan fiction that we're awaiting Arshi scenes mostly. this is the original story, and it must make sense, tie loose ends, sound complete... I'm a newbie and am a pauper in terms of fan-following 😆 and look, CVs, even I can figure this out 😊 just remember, please, please, that IPKKND is a story that handles intense emotions, and gives them justice. I've just the VM for all of you people from one of my favourite video-makers, Puja Sharma.. plz plz watch it... This is why we love IPKKND and I seriously did cry when I watched it. And CVs, do see how much this story means for us... 😊
