I, initially, felt a lot for her. She was extremely young when Inder Sharma left the family. Fathers leaving girls at this young age, even for Indira, has lasting and destructive impact. In Indira, it has come out as lack of trust for anyone, and in Mandira, it is running after men who can provide financial and physical security.

I feel for her for her rape. But I don't have too much faith in her. I still believe she is selfish to the core and will go after Rishi for a security blanket.
