She is set to launch her debut
international album, and Priyanka
Chopra is already hobnobbing with
global music icons. After multiple
meetings with Lady Gaga, the Kaminey
(2009) star is apparently going to
"spend quality time" with Katy Perry
in Chennai.

Katy will be a part of the Indian
Premier League's opening ceremony
on April 3. While Priyanka's
performance is the opening act, Katy
will bring the curtains down on the
star-studded event.

Insiders from Taj Hotel — where the
two will be staying — inform that
arrangements are being made for an
elaborate, but informal meeting
between Priyanka and Katy. "While
the final itinerary is being kept a
complete secret, Taj officials have
been informed that the exact details
of their meeting and required
arrangements will be given only a day
in advance," says an insider.
"Priyanka is expected to discuss her
album and experience as a singer with
Katy. Of course, Katy's insights will
come in handy," says an insider close
to the actor.
Although details are being kept under
wraps, the meeting is scheduled to
take place either a day before or
after the 'Opening IPL Nite'. "They
can't meet on that day, since both will
be busy with their acts. And since they
don't want a meet-and-greet kind of
encounter, it will happen either over
lunch or dinner," adds the insider.
Although Priyanka remained
unavailable for comment, her
spokesperson says, "It's too early to
talk about the meeting as things are
still being worked out. But since
Priyanka is opening the IPL night, she
will be in Chennai for a couple of days.
As for meeting with Katy, an official
announcement will be made soon."

On which song? The one that was her anthem while she was seeing Shahid: Hot & Cold? 😉😆
