Whats with the conference Hall??

Hi

Yesterday's episode was simply great.. however, i did not understand the conference hall interiors. Conference hall table is supposed to be a bigger one, and chairs official. It looked like they assembled a centre table and juice bar chairs without handles?

Anyone noticed??
