what if Shyam seek the opportunity of his condition & mix come thing in his tea which kHushi had made as he can't have tablets ,his sugar level decrease at night & he is not able to call her for help he faint ...she really take care of him etc .he know she was so care full while making tea for him, he suspect Shyam
