sush glad you liked the episode i also liked the episode.but inconsistencies doesnt seem to take a move from this ipkknd world. one thing which i felt weird was arhi's sequence in the room ri8 after the dance . i thought kushi could atleast get the dhak dhak after such a sensuous dance number from her hotwa hubby .but she is back to teasing couldnt get this logic .. sush dont u think payash have progressed they are still running round the room .man get to buisness asap. nd wat was with the candles payash get more candles nd arhi get 2 .very cheap ph no money to buy candles kangal ph. hope atleast the pool side is open so that atleast they can get water to burn down the fire ,nd snakewa already got a hint from wifey that the rooms electricity supply was off ..how come only ac runs without any electricity hmmm is it an automatic ac i wonder ..please clarify cvs ..

EHMMBH is growing on me too, so far so good. EHMMBH and IPKKND are the only ones grabbing my attention these days. I'm not ready to give up on this serial just yet especially when things are slowly getting back on track. The CVs are finally making good use of the talented cast they have instead of wasting time on pointless, mindless comedy. I really appreciated the fact the CVs showed Arnav and Khushi having their fights as two mature adults instead of little kids. Khushi really got some good digs in at Arnav

Sush you really should watch EHMMBH. I call EHMMBH and IPKKND sister shows because they air consecutively, the stories are modern with a lot of purity and there is no saas-bahu drama. The leads in the show are indeed really good looking. Anyways if you want to really feel emotions and a different kind of love oh and if you want to cry and laugh at the same time you defo should watch it but from the very beginning. It's funny because I always mention these 2 shows together. Plus your suspectives would be greatly appreciated in that forum.

Now back to IPKKND. When I read that the title track was used I was sooo excited but when I watched the show I was like what the? I mean this song was supposed to be used once the MU is cleared and Arnav realizes his love or I think the song might have even been a better fit in the holi episode when Arnav watches Khushi dancing and he starts praising her beauty or when she falls asleep after the confession and he watches her. I agree with the member who said that they realized they have a title track after spa and put it in just for the sake of putting it in. This show has some of the most brilliant pieces of music I have heard in a long time, true melodies which we have become deprived of because Indian films have moved to more electronic songs, the music really enhances the show. Everyone has their own bg tunes, there is a tune behind every emotion that it's come to the point where once a specific melody plays we know what is about to come! CVs so far did a brilliant job making the music appropriate to the situation but today they messed up.

Hi Sush, yep todays episode clicked. I liked the aggressive dance! Such a contrast from Teri Meri. Looks like the CV's paid attention, the under current of love was present. I too didn't like Khush's hair do. I like her bangs.

nothing else to say but enjoy it on a day to day basis!

Hey Sush and Spice girls ... good to see you back, Sush!

Mixed feelings about the episode for me, tbh!

Good things - damping down the comedy, and keeping it to the supporting characters ... the way they ran the show the last week, one has to be grateful for the smallest things ...

The dance ... in spite of the awkward and frankly ridiculous situation ... encourage your two brothers to dance romantic numbers while the entire family gawks at them??? Like seriously??? 🤢... but the dance itself brought in the passion and the junoon that I have been waiting for. Some time back, a spoiler said that this track is about Arnav's junoon ... today I saw a glimpse of that. I would wish it would come once he knows of Khushi's innocence though, but it was a start.

I echo Jamba here ... is SI a trained dancer or what?! She was fabulous ... we know she's a great dancer, but to allow her partner to take over the dance so completely, to lose her own zest for life, her usual verve for dancing, her own trademark Khushi dance moves, and just be a mindless puppet, a submissive follower ... the change from Khushi's normal dance style to this lifeless bewildered puppet was mind blowing. SI is an actress par excellence ... she never, ever loses sight of what the character should be doing ... even in the most mindless of scenes ... and in this dance sequence, she was brilliant.

Barun is said to be not a good dancer - but I thought he was very good as well ... don't know why he shies away from dancing on screen. And his expressions and body language during the second half of the dance were spot on ... combined with SI's performance, it made the dance exactly what it was supposed to be - a public declaration of possession, a stamping of ownership and authority. Not an expression of love ... and the contrast by using the Teri Meri moves in the changed mood emphasized the difference. I liked the bg music for the second half of the dance ... the title track was good, but too light-hearted for what the mood was.

Things which didn't click ... Shyam's expressions - I thought he's supposed to be convincing Arnav that he has reformed? What were all those longing looks to Khushi all about? Just to set up the dance situation?
I liked the fact that the entire family wanted to sort out the quarreling couple ... and I even enjoyed the actual scenes and the characters new looks ...
BUT ... to stand breathing down their necks and direct every move - now you stand, now you hold hands, now you dance, and now you go to your rooms ... didn't work for me at all. Better would have been to book them into a hotel room for the night, order in a candlelit dinner, and throw away the keys. And how cheapskate is this PH ... RM transformed for honeymoon destination? Can't they afford any location shoots at all? The show has consistently been in the top 5 for months and months now!

The last scene ... the change in mood from the extreme angst of barely a few moments before ... they both forgot the passion of the dance so completely? Khushi happy to eat, Arnav busy on laptop ... what the!!!! Though I liked how they both tried to deal with the situation together, find matches, find candles ... that was one heck of a record breaking matchstick though ... it stayed alight through the trip and fall on bed, and had enough fire to light up the recliner?
Ek matchstick ki keemat tu kya jaane, Arnav babu? 😆

The last two episodes, though far better as individual watching experiences, didn't give me any feel of where the story is leading ... which the mindless episodes of the last week surprisingly did give ... just hope the MU is coming back to the forefront of what passes for Arnav and Khushi's minds these days ... and one of them at least will start thinking about it again.

Sari, awesome take as always ... 😆 Spice girls and everyone, loved reading all the replies here!!! 😃

Diya - loved your balanced take👏 So right on Shyam; where was the game face? That is what is missing from one episode to the next, continuity! It's a half-hearted attempt at best. The story telling is missing; don't really care about the story. But do care about the continuity! There was glimpses of brilliance but they weren't tied together not just from one episode to the next. It is now becoming from one scene to the next.

The dance in itself conveyed the passion and the anger he was feeling. Although I disagree that there was any love there like some suggest. It was just a *effu* to Shyam and nothing more. The interpretation of some was better than what CV's portrayed. Every move was analyzed, which was an overkill. Sometimes we overdo the analysis and interpret it the way we want to see it. I'm guilty of that too.

An audience would have added to the visual effect rather than 3 people ogling😆 You are so right on the matchstick...😆 How could I missed that? Mamiji's flip flops are getting way too much attention...🤣

I loved that the R's are at least trying to help but sometimes it should be just left to the couple to sort out their differences. I like Nani, she knows when to stop but Anjali is overdoing the "mere liye". Her reaction sometimes is so OTT, especially when she did the ek "couple aagaya" when Payash arrived. The sweetness needs to be tweaked a little. More of these standalone episodes to come our way till the zabardast twist.

Sharu, i like your take on he remembers but because she did not acknowledge he choses to ignore the confession and continues to be insecure. While i feel for him because you could see how affected he was when he saw Shyam looking at her and her looking away, i really want it to move along now. Also why aren't the CV's showing Khushi noticing the tension between Arnav and Shyam?

yeah its sharu 😃
agree on that i hope she senses that arnav and ASR have some tension but i think its simply CVs are delaying no particular answer to that why she cant sense it.

About ASR as Zu mentioned ASR wants 500% confirmation from kushi that she loves him just him. but i was just wondering and was telling zu that actually what will be his response if he really comes to know that she loves him 😆 will he just say WT and say why she did not say it now
he is plain jealous and get angry and when in anger he does not think period 😆

@sush i do watch on and off SNS, sasural ghenda phool and ek hazaaron mein etc etc randomly but none of this show could catch my attention or could create that kind of anticipation

@sharu: yes he needs full acknowledgement from her..but she also is waiting for it...kya karein inn donon ka😆

@Diya..lovely take..you come very late nowdays
I heard that mostly Shyam's track of proving himself reformed has been shelved..Thanks heaven for that..looks like they may speed up the MU clearance because of the criticisms...not sure though.
