what should you do if you love somebody alot and that person doesnt know it and you've known him for like almost 4 years and you really want to tell them but you dont know the right time

i dont kno if i should tell him or not and theres like 5 years age differnce im only 14 and hes 19 soo i dont think he likes me the way i like him

sorry for that, but dont be so afraid. speak wiht him, he would be glad to know if he is having ne interest in you, otherwise u have to work upon him.

i told him i liked him before i think 2 years ago and then he just started to act all weird with me like avioding and stuff and that might happen again so thats why i dont know what to do
