I am sure when Sameer tells what happened between him and mandira prior to rape and shows the pic in mandira mobile, Indu will be shattered. But still that can't justify the rape, but that is a loophole in the case and prosecution can make or break out of it.

indira will be shattered on knowing the true face which she never expected of Mandira but will be more hurt on knowing she was really waiting for Rishi.

Why didn't Sameer tell Indu when she went to question him about the rape that they already had an affair and proof was in mandira mobile ? or is it going to be a legal weapon for him to fight in court.

I think that mobile is with Sameer and mandira should at least tell about that to Rishi who can do something to get that mobile... Those pics can go against rape case. I hope they show this bit where Rishi cleverly distorys those evidence and make mandira case stronger.

true, it would be another big blow for Indu to know that Mandira was too at fautl.

Legally, too this case lot of loopholes for Indu to win... Provocation is another weapon Sameer could use, where Mandira had been blackmailing and she was taking money from that affair. When Indu gets to know the whole truth about Sameer and Mandira, that would be too much for her take in her stride.
