when abhay and kkusum got married second time round and for his treatment they went out of country they meet esha in thathospital she own it or some thing

and then she fall for him again and i rember her sayin gthat know she does'nt has to hid from the world that she has a son but they dont tell whos son is he abhays or her husband which passed away few month back?
