Neha goes to the horse-man, who also says that Kabir is her husband. she goes to a dhaba; but all identifies Kabir as her husband. Then she takes them to the studio where the negatives of the photographs were given. She sees the photographs which were taken; but Rishi was replaced by Kabir in all those photos. Neha is shattered. Kabir asks her to give him a chance to prove that she is Aditi the same way he gave her chances to prove her view points. Kabir shows her their marriage video. Neha is shocked. The policeman taunts her for wasting their time. Kabir defends her and says that she is doing this only because she had a severe brain injury after that accident. He couldn't find enough time for her and as a result her disease worsen. He had not told about her disease even to his family members. But now she must know about her disease. There is nothing shameful in having a disease. The police inspector also supports Kabir saying that he has never seen such a big accident in his life.
Neha defends herself and says she have never met with any accident and she is not taking any medicines. Kabir says what about the medicines Dr. Gupta asked to keep with her always. She searches her bag and finds a box of medicines in it. She accuses that Kabir must have kept the medicines in her bag. She catches his collars and ask him why he is doing this to her. Kabir forcefully puts the medicines in her mouth and she falls asleep.
Neha wakes up calling Kabir's name. He is happy hearing that. Neha tells him that she might be his wife's look-alike. Kabir says that it might be possible but all the people can't go wrong. He tells her that they are leaving the place immediately.
While waiting in the reception, one of the waitress gives her coffee. She is the same person whose son was saved by Neha. She signals Neha to come to the bathroom. In the bathroom she tells Neha that she looks exactly like Aditii; but she saw her coming with someone else yesterday. She asks Neha to check the CCTV recording to know the truth.
