Shyam the creep was very angry with Arnav for not transferring money into the joint account of Anjali and Shyam. He found out that it was transferred to Anjali's account. He promised that he will teach Arnav a lesson. There are two ways to do this:
1. Get back at Arnav using Anjali.
2. Telling Arnav the fact that he knows the truth. Kushi had told him that she was blackmailed into marring Arnav but did not know the reason. She had told him under Bhang influence.
The creep is going to take advantage of this and tell Arnav that Kushi has told him all the truth and create an another misunderstanding.
In the precap, Arnav enter's the room very angry. Maybe he is wild with Kushi that she willfully told Shyam the truth. That is why he is shouting at her to clean up the room where all papers where strewn around. He is angry because of the misunderstanding and not the Dbbha service.
