Am just curious. Am not on anyone's side in this matter ( especially because i consider Stefan and Damon on the same side). But having seen recent Damon and Rebekah's recent encounters , i am confused between justified and not-justified. Of cfourse, Originals are ' bad news' no matter how hot they are but i do have a soft corner for Rebekah. She is just a vulnerable girl with the temper of a titan. We know that her fear is that she will be left all alone and nobody will love her forever. See, how she has clung to Klaus even though he betrayed her once upon a time. She is not someone outright 'negative-negative'. Damon, meanwhile, is aware of the effect he has on her and he knows he can twist her around by using his hope-for-affection and sexual control over Rebekah. His aim is to keep Stefan, Elena and his friends safe and that is possible only if the Originals go out of the picture. Understood. His loyalty, love and protection is for his own blood and his friends. If you think that way , he is justified in manipulating or using Rebekah and well, Rebekah is his new toy so that he can go back to his badass self.
Rebekah has emotional and physical needs and Damon feeds them or should i say teases them. What do you guys think?
P.S- I know Damon and Rebekah are the dessert of the season and will eventually go their ways because there are no feelings. But have to admit it, man. What a chemistry. They literally scissor the screen.
