Is he the next Mihir?-article abt Pulkit

He claims to be the next Mihir Viraani. Model-turned actor Pulkit Samrat, who started his career with commercials, is upbeat about playing Krishna Tulsi's (Moni Roy) love interest in 'Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' (Star Plus). "I attended acting workshops and did modelling assignments before bagging my first television project 'Sixxer'. But with 'Kyunkii…' I am confident about making a mark as an actor," he says.

So is he going to be the next Mihir? "I am sure I can be the next Mihir! The lead role is a dream come true," he declares. Coming from Delhi, Pulkit says that the gruelling hours of shooting for Balaji does not bother him. "I have to prove myself as an actor. I keep myself calm and cool by meditating everyday. It keeps me going," he says.

Pulkit whose hands are full with 'Kyunkii…' is not looking out for other projects. "I have to do justice to my role. I have a huge responsibility right now," he professes.Is he the next Mihir?
