Well written posts.

One of the reasons that both of them are handling the situation differently is the age.

Sandhya's character is that of a 19yr educated girl who has no experience in duniya-dari (life outside ) as she pointed out. Her ambition was to study hard and achieve her goal to join IPS. Where as Suraj's character is in his early 30's and has been looking after his family emotionally & financially when he had entered in his teen's. So he understands people and how to resolve any conflicts that arise.

i agree with sandhya's POV but between all this where does suraj stand? the guy has become a tennis ball between his mother and wife. does he have no right to be happy? he has not seen the face of happiness since he got married. i get it he is very simple and finds happiness in little things. but i pity him and his situation right now
