Can a building change within a day?

Speaking of bloopers and things wrong with the storyline, did you guys notice how when UV stops his car, M inquires where he brought her but then once they are inside, she reminds the cop about her last visit alone. And it's not like there could have been snotty enterance since they show UV and M enter the same door M came through alone :/
